What do you like best about CentralApp?

They were able to come in and make an immediate impact. We were able to give requirements, and work incrementally (appropriate check-in points) toward what we needed. We were able to use them as subject-matter experts for SF, and get fast turnaround on customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CentralApp?

Our biggest hindrance was not having a SF expert on our side to help us scope the projects for CentralApp. They were flexible with us, but I think we could have directed them better if we were stronger on the tool ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Discuss your SF needs during contracting to so that when you begin working with CentralApp they are aware of not only your current needs, but also can consider designs that take you longer-term needs into account when designing/managing your SF instance. They may have best practices or designs for your longer-term objectives that should be considered when designing how users will interact with their SF workflow that minimize disruption or reduce the number of times things change or are modified. What problems is CentralApp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outsourced SF administration allowed us to free up internal resources to focus on their primary sales activities rather than administering SF. Our work with CentralApp enabled us to implement some best practices and a new workflow within our SF configuration.
