Centerbase is a powerful product that keeps getting better--sometimes it is hard to keep up with all the improvements. Although customer support was an issue early on (at least for a small customer) as they grew quickly, they have been taking steps to bring it up to the quality of the product itself. The customizability of the product is unparalleled among online solutions--it is the level of customizability previously available only in a hosted server solution.
