As i have manage the the subordinates working under me I was needed to become a  better leader than l was and with the help of the programs provided by the CCL I was able to become a better leader and now I am able to control my department very easily

**What do you like best about Center for Creative Leadership?**

In CCL we can select about the courses that we need to improve and reach the resources that will help to increase the leadership quality of us. 
The software encourages to create personal and professional goals which helps to increase my confidence.
We were able to get connected with the peer groups and increase our confidence.



**What do you dislike about Center for Creative Leadership?**

In my opinion there is no negatives regarding the software since it works great to me.
