Is very simple, very specific and the navigating is self explanatory which I love! I've had Celtx for years now and it's a great software for my writing. **What do you dislike about Celtx?** Sometimes there are tech issues. I thought I lost one of my drafts because the system didn't update on my end. I spoke to tech, and they were really helpful and I was able to recover my draft, however I panic at the moment cause I had put hours of work into that draft. Also, when importing a script that's on PDF, I would like it if it could be imported in Celtx script format. I have imported scripts that were worked on Celtx, exported on PDF and when imported again to Celtx the format goes off and I have to rearrange dialogues, characters, and everything manually, one by one. It will be great if the system can read the format and import in such. **What problems is Celtx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Is a simplistic software to manuever. I am able to keep all of my scripts there and work on them in a simple way. But even that would most likely be a lie. **What do you dislike about Celtx?** I paid about $130 for the service and it's created more problems than I could have ever expected. As I would return to my script, I could swear updates weren't being saved. At first I thought it was all in my head. Then one day 8 pages vanished, even though I religiously save my work. There were so many other issues--page counts kept randomly changing, changes weren't being saved, it takes forever for the script to load when you re open it, I'm not able to delete text (I have to erase letters one by one). SO MANY ISSUES and new ones just keep popping up on a weekly basis. When I brought this to their attention, they had no solutions. At one point, I had to start a new ticket because they just stopped responding. There were so many problems (I haven't even typed them all out in this review because there are so many and it's very time consuming and aggravating to properly explain them), so I asked if I could get on the phone with them to explain or have a screen sharing session with a technician. They said no, because they only provide support through email. This has been the biggest waste. Not just of money, but of time and peace of mind. When you spend so much time writing, it's a nightmare thinking that your changes may not be saved. Every day, there are new bugs and absolutely no remedies. They haven't offered to do ANYTHING.
