We deploy a highly customized SAP-system and the validation of our processes is rather hard and very time-consuming. Are ther any helpful hints or lessons-learned from other companies which have implemented Celonis in similar conditions?

I want to establish direct connection with Service Now, and connect to its database utilizing their exposed APIs.
