I like the best of various things in Celigo, like having the pre-build app do our job easier and we spend less time in implementation
Custom flow also helped. cloning the existing integration and deploying is a good way of moving the sandbox to Production. But I suggest there should be thrid environment that is called staging or development. We can move or prompt things from Development to Sandbox and then QA is performed there and move to Production.
Ease of Use application is always there and customer support is nowadays getting better where you can connect on chat online and get quick help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Branching is not good, the cache object is not there, and a lot of lookups are not as good as Boomi and Workato Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the options for different connectors. The integration shop also has a great variety and still, developing custom integrations is really easy with all the available documentation.
If you usually need to implement integrations ad hoc and must schedule it to run often, then you won't regret using Celigo. The UI is really friendly also, and the API is really powerful and will help you manage all our integration in a simple way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For custom flows and integrations, the customer support might have a hard time helping you, and it might take a few weeks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Celigo is great at capturing business needs and providing effective solutions for integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't yet had an experience with Celigo that I dislike. Things can be a bit challenging if internally processes or needs are not well documented. Limitations with 3rd party vendors can be a slight hindrance at times as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The User Interface is intuitive, easy to get started. There are advanced features 'under the hood' that our developers use for complex use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much that I would complain about. There could be more user group communities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform's user interface is intuitive - several members of our Company interact with the software daily, ranging from finance to operations, and found it relatively easy to onboard.
Our solution includes multiple pre-built integrations working alongside custom flows for our 3PL fulfilment network.
Flows are simple to track, and the dashboard is easy to navigate for a relatively complex setup. As someone who interacts with the platform every week, the traffic light system for errors is particularly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Generally, we are very happy with Celigo. However, some points for consideration are implementation and ongoing costs associated with the platform that may be out of reach for businesses migrating from more basic setups.
Equally, whilst the range of pre-built integrations is extensive, some newer versions may not yet include all functionality you expect. However, Celigo are receptive to feedback and will usually consider for future releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are lots of connectors that can be utilized, the flows make sense once you learn how the software operates, connections are easy to setup, error reporting isn't bad, and generally support is helpful. If using Celigo for imports, it's easier to see what failed and resend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's got a bit of a learning curve and can be finicky with field mappings (say something got updated). Sometimes it's unclear why a flow didn't work, but this goes along the same line as above. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo provides lots of possibilites and flexibility to develop interface. I also like very much the logging to track the results of processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is a bit steep, which for some incidences prevented us from adding a new inteface as that would require a new connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had the best implementation consultation team. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me gain a firm grasp on how the software worked and its capabilities as well as programming assistance.
The software is a powerful tool with many features that have helped greatly in our migration away from our VAN to the iPaaS platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The AI references depreciated functions so it can be hit or miss. It's also a bit pricy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo has created a great user inteface that makes mapping and integrating platforms easy to implemnent. Their customer support is fast and very knowledgeable. We use Celigo every day and it helps us integrate our core platforms with fast and reliable data processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Celigo does not have any real downsides, other then they just can't keep up adding to their integration list. But they already have 100's of integrations and a generic integration taht let's you map whatever you want if your exact integartion is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
