## About Celigo
Celigo is the intelligent automation platform built for the AI era. An enterprise-ready iPaaS, Celigo helps organizations unify applications, automate complex operations, and scale digital ecosystems. The platform supports cloud integration, SaaS integration, enterprise application integration, and agentic automation under a single governance model. The platform is accessible to both business teams and developers — anyone can build, configure, and maintain integrations through natural language, while technical teams retain full control over architecture, security, and extensibility. Through an extensive library of 1,000+ prebuilt connectors, organizations can rapidly integrate systems such as ERP, CRM, ecommerce, finance, and support platforms — including NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Shopify — while maintaining flexibility for custom integrations and advanced API management. Celigo supports a wide range of enterprise integration scenarios including ERP integration, CRM integration, B2B integration, and EDI (electronic data interchange) workflows. These capabilities allow organizations to streamline supplier, partner, and customer data exchange while ensuring reliable data integration across internal and external systems. Built-in tools for data mapping, data transformation, and data synchronization ensure that information moves accurately and consistently between applications. What sets Celigo apart is its ability to span the full spectrum of automation — from deterministic, rules-based workflows to AI-driven decision-making — without requiring separate platforms or governance models. Celigo Agent Builder enables teams to create AI agents that reason and act across enterprise systems, with configurable guardrails that enforce business policy at runtime. Human-in-the-loop approvals ensure sensitive actions require explicit authorization before execution, and complete audit trails support compliance across every AI interaction. Celigo's MCP Server exposes enterprise capabilities through the Model Context Protocol, giving any AI agent — built inside Celigo or externally — secure, governed, auditable access to the full enterprise tech stack. This makes Celigo a foundational layer for enterprise AI orchestration, enabling organizations to connect external agents to internal systems without sacrificing control or visibility. Celigo Ora, the platform's natural language interface, makes the entire platform accessible through conversation. Anyone — including business teams without technical training — can build, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations and automations by describing what they need in plain language. This eliminates the specialist bottleneck not just for building automations, but for ongoing maintenance and issue resolution as well. To accelerate deployment, Celigo offers fully managed Integration Apps and reusable integration templates that simplify common use cases such as order-to-cash automation, ecommerce integrations, and financial data flows. Centralized monitoring, runtime governance controls, and scalable architecture give enterprises full visibility into integration and automation processes while maintaining reliability and compliance. Designed for modern IT and operations teams, Celigo empowers enterprises to unify integration, automation, and AI on a single platform — scaling capacity without scaling headcount, and building a durable foundation for digital transformation across the entire application landscape.

## Celigo Reviews
 ### 1. Great Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim O. | NetSuite Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

We have had a great experience using Celigo for our integration needs. One of the standout aspects has been their prompt and reliable customer support. Anytime we've encountered an issue or had a question, the support team responded quickly with clear, actionable guidance, which helped minimize downtime and keep our operations running smoothly. We use the Celigo flow daily between Shopify and Netsuite.

The error handling within Celigo is also very well-designed. Whenever a flow doesn't execute as expected, the platform provides clear and detailed error messages. I really appreciate that. This makes it easy to identify exactly where the problem occurred and quickly troubleshoot without guesswork.

In addition, field mappings are straightforward and intuitive. The interface is user-friendly, and it's easy to track how data moves between systems, which adds a layer of confidence when setting up or modifying integrations.

Overall, Celigo has made managing integrations much easier and more transparent for our team. We highly recommend it to any business looking for a reliable and well-supported integration platform.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

We've been using Celigo primarily to integrate our systems with Shopify, and while the platform offers a lot of flexibility and a clean interface, we’ve run into some notable limitations that have impacted our experience.

One of the main challenges has been the lack of deep support for certain Shopify features. For example, handling Shopify metafields and custom discounts has proven difficult or even unsupported through Celigo's standard connectors. These limitations required time-consuming workarounds or custom scripting, which undermines the goal of a low-code integration platform.

Additionally, while Celigo support is generally responsive and helpful, they haven’t been able to offer real solutions when it comes to Shopify-specific constraints. We have received explanations about platform limitations rather than proactive workarounds or roadmaps for improvement.

For businesses that rely heavily on Shopify's more advanced features, it's important to understand that Celigo’s integration may not cover all your use cases out of the box. It works well for standard data flows like orders, products, and customers, but starts to fall short when you need more complex or customized handling.

We still see value in Celigo as an integration tool, especially for broader system connectivity, but we’d caution Shopify users to closely evaluate feature support before committing.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an E-Commerce platform, Shopify creates orders from our customers. Celigo takes those orders and the information associated with them and puts them into our ERP system, Netsuite.

 ### 2. Celigo Makes ERP and Sales Channel Integrations Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edsel G. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is how easy it is to use and implement. The platform is very intuitive, which makes building and managing integrations straightforward even without heavy development effort. Implementation is fast and efficient, allowing us to connect systems quickly and reliably. I also really appreciate Celigo’s customer support—they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when questions come up. On top of that, the wide number of available connectors makes it easy to integrate with many different applications as our needs grow.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There isn’t much I dislike about Celigo. If I had to note an area for improvement, it would be having a more robust or user-friendly way to view and analyze successful data runs. While error visibility is strong, better insight into successful executions would make monitoring and reporting even easier.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the challenge of reliably moving and synchronizing data between our sales channels and our ERP, and in some cases our databases. By automating these data flows, it eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures our systems stay in sync in near real time. This automation saves time, improves data accuracy, and allows our team to focus on higher-value work instead of troubleshooting integrations.

 ### 3. Empowering Teams with Intuitive, Fast Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian P. | Lead IT Infrastructure & Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo offers an intuitive and simple interface allowing a broader range of our users including business analysts and service desk team to build and manage integrations with incredible speed. We are no longer limited to extensively trained integration developers to be able to integrate between systems. Additionally our costs are clear and predictable with Celigo compared to other platforms that can be more dynamic and unpredictable.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I have no complaints, as Celigo has helped reduce our costs, made it easier to train our team, and allowed us to quickly design and deploy integrations.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used multiple IPaaS's as well as directly integrated with our ERP NetSuite and one of the recurring challenges has been sustaining a well trained team to support our many different integrations and systems. Different platforms and systems have had high barriers to train new users and become productive, whereas Celigo has enabled us to build and deploy quickly without extensive expertise required.

 ### 4. Reliable Integration Platform with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amol L. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo provides a powerful and user-friendly platform for managing integrations across our core systems. The interface is intuitive, the prebuilt connectors save significant setup time, and the flexibility to build customized flows has been extremely valuable. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, which makes implementation and ongoing maintenance much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While the platform is very capable, some advanced configurations can require a learning curve, especially for more complex workflows. Additional documentation or deeper reporting tools in certain areas would be helpful, but overall, these are minor compared to the benefits.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us eliminate manual data entry and reduce errors by automating critical workflows between systems. This has improved operational efficiency, increased data accuracy, and provided more timely visibility across teams. It’s been a reliable solution that supports our scaling business processes.

 ### 5. Flexible, User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahan R. | System administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

There is a learning curve at the beginning, but after that it Celigo is very easy to use. The platform is also very flexible, allowing me to build/test/release both easy and complex integrations. They provide out of the box integrations (like Shopify) which is handy if your company uses them. The recent addition of celigo AI has been a huge plus for me.
Celigo help center and their forums are both great resources for getting ideas/solutions when you're stuck, and there's always the support tickets you can raise if needed (generally they have been very fast to respond in my experience) .

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is relatively an expensive choice compared to other middleware platforms. However, celigo provides a lot of features that others don't, so for us it has been a great choice and well worth the price. But if you aren't utilising most of the features/only need basic integrations, then there may be other cheaper options.
Celigo regularly makes updates to the platform which is great - but every now and then they make changes to UI or change some functions, so you will need to make sure to read the release notes beforehand, to not get caught off guard

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a different iPaaS before, and it was not great - the platform wasn't DIY, meaning we had to always raise tickets and wait for it to be completed, which took a long time. So moving to Celigo helped us a lot, since integrations were now in-house and we could make changes as and when we wanted to.
Recently, we have had the need to build several different types of integrations with 3rd party, each with it's own unique setup. And Celigo has allowed us to be able to build all of these integrations, however complex they are. Allowing us to expand our business.

 ### 6. It continues to improve.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd H. | EDI Integration Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I use Celigo every day, all day. I recently discovered Branching and Custom Forms in Celigo, and it has elevated the platform to a completely different level.

What used to be a simple, linear data movement can now become a brilliant, adaptive flow that dynamically responds to different data conditions. This power completely changes the complexity of the integrations we can build. It's not just faster, it is easier. Integration has never been easier.

Implementation of custom or one-off integrations is even easier than before. On top of that, the Custom Forms feature is a genuine differentiator! It allows us to turn Celigo itself into a user-friendly application that we can expose to everyday business users. We are effectively creating custom UIs and workflows on top of our integrations.

The platform continues to impress with its continuous improvement and innovation.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The Community is massively improved with information from other users, but you need to remember to sign up for these things; they don't just appear out of nowhere.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are too many connections to be handling this all in NetSuite directly.

 ### 7. Critical Component of our Tech Stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh D. | Vice President of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo makes it really easy to get up and running with production APIs and ETLs. When we were forced to transition ERPs, Celigo made the work much easier by allowing us to quickly migrate historical data and set up data flows between our critical production systems. The support from our account team has been excellent as well! Celigo has some pre-built integrations that can drastically speed up your rollout if you're using objects and record types as they're intended (we don't do that). We intially purchased two of these pre-built integrations and then found during implementation that they would not meet our needs (our fault, not Celigo's). Our account team was very helpful in updating our already executed contract to ensure that we had the correct solution even though it meant less money for Celigo. We frankly wouldn't be where we are today without them.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo's first level of technical customer support could be better. Once you get to higher levels, they're excellent, but you often have to navigate through the first level before you can really start to solve your issue.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo ensures that our production systems stay in sync and up to date.

 ### 8. Celigo: Easy to Learn, Rock-Solid Platform for Enterprise Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John V. | Director of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is easy to learn and easy to use and has been solid as a rock. It is clear that they have built out a platform which meets the needs of today's enterprise. Support from the entire Celigo team has been great, and our questions are answered quickly.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

So far there is nothing to dislike at all. The sales cycle, training and implementation have been very smooth, and the team is up and creating integrations already.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are replacing hand-built integrations with Celigo as a part of our IT Modernization effort. It is very important to us to have a solid integration platform that can be extended easily and which is easy to understand and maintain. Our hand-built integrations have no choice but to become technical debt, and we are all about removing technical debt.

 ### 9. Chief Information Officer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renato S. | Vice President IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is its flexibility and ease of integration, particularly for mid-sized businesses looking to automate workflows across multiple platforms. The platform's pre-built integration templates for common systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and various e-commerce solutions allow for faster and more efficient setup, which reduces the time needed for custom development. Additionally, Celigo's user-friendly interface allows even non-technical users to automate processes, customize integrations, and manage data flows effectively. The platform's scalability is another key advantage, making it suitable for businesses with evolving needs.

On top of that, Celigo’s newer AI-powered capabilities are a big plus—helping with smarter mapping and transformation suggestions, faster troubleshooting through improved error insights, and more proactive monitoring. These AI features make it easier to identify issues earlier, reduce manual effort when maintaining integrations, and speed up iteration when processes change.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

One common drawback of Celigo is that its error handling and debugging can feel limited for more complex integrations. When something goes wrong, it isn’t always easy to quickly trace the root cause or pinpoint where in a multi-step workflow the failure occurred, which can slow down troubleshooting and require extra trial-and-error.

That said, Celigo’s support helps offset this quite a bit—the customer service team is typically responsive and knowledgeable, and they’re good at guiding you through issue resolution, performance tuning, and configuration/customization decisions. Also, Celigo’s newer AI-powered capabilities are starting to make troubleshooting easier by providing smarter error insights, suggesting likely causes, and helping prioritize what to fix first, which reduces the time and effort needed to resolve issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Go with Celigo and you can't make wrong decision.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the problem of disconnected systems and manual, error-prone processes by providing a centralized integration platform that automates data flows across applications like NetSuite, Salesforce, and e-commerce platforms. Instead of relying on custom scripts or manual data entry, Celigo enables reliable, repeatable integrations that keep systems in sync in near real time.

For our team, this has resulted in significant time savings, fewer data inconsistencies, and improved operational efficiency. Automating integrations reduces manual effort and human error, shortens order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles, and allows teams to focus on higher-value work rather than troubleshooting data issues. Celigo also gives better visibility into integration health, making it easier to monitor processes and respond quickly when issues arise, which ultimately supports scalability as the business grows.

 ### 10. Feedback on My Experience with Celigo

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler R. | Contractor/NS Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The biggest strength for me is integrator.io. It’s very user-friendly while still being extremely powerful. I appreciate how customizable it is — it allows me to build solutions that go far beyond basic templates and truly fit each client’s business logic. The flexibility to design and adjust flows as requirements evolve is a huge value add.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The main pain point for me has been customer support through the ticket system. While the platform itself is strong, ticket-based support can sometimes feel slow or disconnected when dealing with complex, time-sensitive integrations that require deeper context.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo plays a major role in automating eCommerce operations, especially syncing data between systems like NetSuite and Shopify. For ARMRA specifically, Celigo allows me to build custom automation solutions tailored to their unique workflows, reducing manual effort, minimizing errors, and scaling operations efficiently as the business grows.

Overall, Celigo enables me to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that would be extremely difficult to manage manually.

 ### 11. Celigo allows us to do streamlined business that we would not have a way to do otherwise.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt S. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is very flexible in allowing us to integrate disparate systems together!

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Honestly, I don't have any dislikes about Celigo.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Go through Celigo training in order to get the most out of this amazing tool!

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting incoming orders from other systems and processing them into Netsuite as well as processing the data back to the orgination system on the way back out. This full process integration also allows us to keep our inventory levels updated on Shopify and other ordering sites.

Not only does Celigo save us hundreds of hours of labor, it also affords us added business that we would not otherwise be able to recognize.

 ### 12. Best Tool in the Chest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler L. | Senior Manager, Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The new execution logs are a game changer. We now have record-level visibility, including the request and response details per API call for both successful and failed records. Troubleshooting is faster and we can resolve issues with a lot more confidence.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

No improvements to call out right now. The product keeps getting better.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Make sure to check out their scripting capabilities because eventually you will need something more complex and Celigo can handle it all.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, it was to integrate the Amazon marketplace with NetSuite. It expanded to eBay to NetSuite, Walmart to NetSuite, Zendesk to NetSuite, then eventually was used as the integration layer for our website and order management. It takes hours (or minutes) to set up new flows and creates huge efficiencies within your organization.

 ### 13. It's been a fantastic experience overall utilizing Celigo.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan V. | IT Systems Integrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

My experience using Celigo's services has been very positive overall. I have found it extremely useful for managing the various integrations we have with our customers, and it has become an invaluable resource that I would not want to be without.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I can't honestly think of any. Excellent support and amazing overall.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us address the challenge of enabling our customers to submit their orders through an integration, rather than relying on manual processes. This approach has proven to be much more efficient and is saving us a significant amount of time when it comes to getting orders into our system.

 ### 14. Easy to build in, great support, some quirks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack H. | Software System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The platform overall is fairly easy to build in and use. I'm in the tool everyday building, managing, and troubleshooting flows. Most of the time it's pretty straight forward on how to build one, but when issues pop up Celigo has a great support system with a support team, office hours, and account reps who can point you in the direction you need to go. They are adding new things all of the time and rarely have something I want to do in it that I'm not able to.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

My main gripes with Celigo would be each time our account rep becomes no longer our account rep, we aren't aware of it until we reach out to them. Also the new Walmart product flows I am not a fan of, very cumbersome to set up with many product types with a lot of duplicate fields needing to be mapped.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo manages all of the data transfers between our ERP system and our various marketplaces, including eBay, Walmart, Amazon, and Shopify. This includes orders, product data, fulfillment, inventory, and even settlement/financial data. We are in the process of setting up some EDI processes as well through the platform.

 ### 15. Practical Automation Made Easy with Celigo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grayson P. | Technical Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like most about Celigo is how practical it feels. I can take something messy and manual and turn it into a clean, automated flow pretty quickly. The JavaScript hooks give me real control, but it’s still structured enough to stay organized. It helps me solve real problems, and actually see the impact of what I build.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

What I dislike about Celigo is that sometimes it feels like you’re fighting when things get complex. Error messages can be vague, debugging payloads weren't originally easy, but debugging mode helps. And once flows get layered, tracking down what actually broke takes time.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to show clients our integrations much more clearly. They can see the tiles and I can explain how they work.

 ### 16. Best NetSuite Connector for Effortless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay T. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I have used other connectors with NetSuite, and I feel Celigo is by far the best. It is easy to navigate, there are plenty of guides to help when you need it, and their support is top notch. Most integrations are easy to set up. At this point, I can't imagine using anything else. I use Celigo every day.
Additionally, I took the Master Class course and found it extremely helpful and engaging. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their skills and deepen their understanding of Celigo.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While this may say more about Amazon than Celigo, our Amazon integration was difficult to configure. I was unable to set up the product flows to work the way I expected them to. However, I do believe this is likely because of Amazon itself, since my integrations with Shopify, BigCommerce, and Faire all function perfectly fine and didn't require as much setup time. And now that our Amazon is set up, I am not having any problems outside of my capabilities.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo syncs over all of our e-commerce channels: Shopify, Amazon, BigCommerce, and Faire. It has saved us countless hours of having to manually type orders, accept payments, etc. Having our inventory synced also saves us time having to update it ourselves and prevent overselling.

 ### 17. Great, but branching flows dont rejoin as expected, and logging/troubleshooting tools are lacking

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

A lot, especially the ability to see previews of data input and output at every step of the process.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Branching flows do not join back together as you would expect. Their documentation states this, but nowhere obvious without digging through documentation to solve your multi record problems. I also really disliked the ability to debug. You can only view error, not successes or ignored records, which make troubleshooting difficult. Not only that, but the error codes aren't very helpful at helping you understand the actual issue at hand and the inputs and outputs for the errors aren't very helpful either, especially with branching. In the flow status area with the succeses, errors, and ignored, there are many "view logs" buttons that also show nothing.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data translation from one service to another seamlessly and without many errors every day.

 ### 18. A lot of manual labor was eliminated, leading to labor savings.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 和弘 . | Logistics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Connecting varios type of transaction immerdiately and automatically exchange data and process transactions between NetSuite and Shopify, as well as between NetSuite and the 3PL system.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Almost nothing, but it would be better if processing speed will be faster, especially inventory intergration and would help to make the error message easier to understand.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to upload the current stock for each item on Shopify manually every day, but after installing intergrator i.o. it updates number of inventory in specified % for each Shopify store automatically. It helped to eliminate a couble hours manual work.　Additionally, it can process transaction records that NetSuite workflows cannot handle. For instance, moving from a Sales Order to an Intercompany Fulfillment (IF), or from IF to an Invoice.

 ### 19. Celigo’s Simplicity and Depth Make NetSuite Integrations Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gonzalo B. | Project Manager - EDI Solutions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Having worked with NetSuite for the past 5 years, I've seen integrations of all sizes and colours. Native integrations like Farapp, SuiteApps to connect to eCommerce platforms, custom integrations with 3PLs; and nothing beats the simplicity and depth of Celigo

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Even though the error handling side of Celigo is excellent, it would be great to have a better filter tool for the errors, as well as the capacity of viewing more than 50 errors at a time.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us bridge the gap between NetSuite and EDI/Ecommerce platforms. I used to spend countless horus reviewing NetSuite script execution logs and trying to decipher what an issue or message referred to. That is all now automated and clearly explained within the Celigo UI

 ### 20. Great for Quick Integrations, But Customization and Debugging Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yeji J. | Systems Integration Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo provides a relatively quick way to set up standard integrations, especially for common use cases like Shopify-NetSuite. The prebuilt flows and UI-based mapping make it accessible for non-developers, and it helps reduce manual data entry for core transactional data. For teams without heavy engineering resources, it can accelerate initial integration timelines.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Customization and troubleshooting can be limited and opaque. When issues occur (e.g., data mismatches, refund or inventory edge cases), it is often difficult to trace root causes due to limited debugging visibility. Changes to flows or filters are sometimes locked or restricted, making simple fixes unnecessarily dependent on support.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps us automate data synchronization between core business systems, primarily Shopify and NetSuite, which reduces manual data entry and operational overhead. It enables faster initial integrations using prebuilt flows and handles high-volume transactional data such as orders, fulfillments, and refunds. As a result, our operations and finance teams can rely on more consistent data flows and spend less time on repetitive, manual reconciliation tasks.

 ### 21. Top-Notch Celigo Usability with Robust Error Handling and Powerful JavaScript Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel B. | Integration Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo usability is top notch. Making changes is simple and the new version is immediately available.
A very robust error handling makes keeping data in sync easy.
Javascript customization makes it possible to transform your data even for the most complex use cases.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Editing a connection always requires inputting credentials again. Sometimes I need to make simple configuration changes, but I will have to dig up the credentials for my update to go through. Separating the credentials/encrypted properties out from the basic configuration could be helpful.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Order to fulfillment process is simple when Celigo is taking care of gluing it together. I don't need to open multiple systems to keep everything running smoothly. Saving valuable operations time and improving overall effectiveness

 ### 22. Ideal for ERP and E-commerce integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamlesh C. | Assistant General Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

1000+ pre-built connectors to quickly integrate business applications like NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, etc.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Struggles with workflows spanning multiple systems + conditional logic + transformations

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In many organizations, data sits in silos, and moving information between systems often requires manual intervention. This creates inefficiencies, introduces errors, and results in inconsistent reporting. Celigo helps solve this by automating data synchronization and workflows across platforms, enabling real-time or near-real-time data flow. As a result, it removes repetitive manual tasks like order entry, invoice creation, and data reconciliation, which can significantly reduce operational overhead and minimize human error.

 ### 23. Easy System Connections with Robust Testing and Reliable Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin P. | Business Systems Analyst , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo makes it easy to connect systems and move information to where it’s needed. Even without full developer knowledge, I’m able to build integrations and keep refining them as business needs evolve, with a robust testing environment built directly into the tool to support those changes. And when I run into issues and need help, I can reach out for support and feel confident I’ll get the assistance I need.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I find that, without sufficient developer knowledge, it can be challenging to fix advanced, custom integrations built by others. They are often more complex than expected and may require additional time for research or technical assistance.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to move data from multiple third-party applications. It also helps me create various transaction types and update statuses where applicable.

 ### 24. Intuitive, Flexible Integrations That Streamline Work at Scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhavik B. | Director , Application Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is how easily it connects different systems without requiring heavy custom development. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and significantly reduces manual work by automating complex integration flows. It has helped streamline processes while remaining scalable as business needs grow.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

While Celigo is very powerful, debugging more complex integrations can sometimes be time-consuming, especially when dealing with large data volumes or edge-case errors. Improved error messaging and deeper logging visibility would make troubleshooting even easier.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo provides a unified platform for all our integrations — from CRM to ERP to e-commerce — so we no longer manage point-to-point scripts scattered across teams. That centralized visibility improves governance, simplifies maintenance, and speeds up troubleshooting.

 ### 25. Effortless Integrations and User-Friendly Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ovina P. | Technology Development & Solutions Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Easy to use platform where even the people with less technical knowledge can build integrations on Celigo. What stands out is the built in apps Celigo provides.

We were able to implement quite a few different integrations over the past few months easily to automate multiple business process within the business. Knowledge base (Celigo docs) provide enough knowledge to users and their connective platform provides a base for customers to come together to solve problems easily.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There is no downside of using Celigo as a tool, but due to their most of the support is based out of US/US hours, we often find it difficult to get an answer quickly from their support teams.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo solves the problem of connecting multiple business systems and by allowing to do it with less complexity (minimal tech debt and easy to maintain flows and integrations).

 ### 26. A powerful all-in-one integration platform for managing everything in one place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | Chief Information Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

One platform for everything and one place to manage it all

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The learning curve can feel steep for new users, particularly when you start building more complex integrations. The documentation would benefit from being more detailed and including additional real-world examples, which would make onboarding faster and help users get up to speed more easily.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps us solve our data integration and automation challenges by connecting multiple systems and applications into a single, unified platform. It removes the need for manual data entry between systems, which reduces errors and makes our workflows more efficient. Its iPaaS and API management capabilities also let us manage all of our integrations from one place, saving significant time and improving data consistency across our organization.

**Reviewed by:** Bryan H. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Ease of use and now ability to link AI. Very simple for a non coder

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Costs constantly go up and sales account reps only want you to increase your annual rate

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting info from our ERP(NetSuite) to our 3PL and vice versa

 ### 28. Celigo and AI are generating the future before our eyes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I really value the effort they are putting in for all the new AI tools and funtionalit, and I can see the vision of where it is headed. I've recently built an agant myself. It was significally faster thanks to ORA, Celigos guide tool. I am very excited to see the future and excired to have acces to the tool that let me build in it.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I want access to Celigo MCP so that I can easily connect it in Claude. I want to generate insights regarding erros, and summarize errors. In the deal worled I would be able to have a summary of the error sent to me. Functionallity to have AI agent fix it.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is enabilling us to generate summaries on account data for customer success and sales. That typically takes 2 hours to summarize and compile into an but with this we've cut the time down to 30 min. Also provides great experience and error handling. Core automations.

**Official Response from Elyse Claxton:**

> Thank you for recognizing our efforts on the AI front! As for Celigo MCP, we would love to discuss this further with you. Please feel free to reach out to elyse.claxton@celigo.com

 ### 29. Scalable, User-Friendly Integration Platform That Reduces Manual Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tien N. | Global Vice President, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is how quickly it enables integrations through prebuilt connectors and templates, significantly reducing time to deployment. The platform strikes a strong balance between usability and flexibility, allowing both technical and semi-technical users to build and manage flows. Its monitoring and error-handling capabilities also provide strong visibility and control once integrations are live.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Occasionally, more complex integrations take a little extra time to configure, especially when going beyond the out-of-the-box templates. The interface can also feel a bit busy when you’re managing many flows at once. Overall though, these are minor and become much easier to handle with familiarity.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps us eliminate manual data transfers between systems and reduces the risk of errors caused by disconnected processes. By automating integrations across our core applications, we improve data accuracy, speed up operations, and create better visibility across teams. Ultimately, it allows us to scale efficiently without adding operational overhead.

 ### 30. Solid Tool That Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

We use Celigo in our organization for multiple data syncs and automations, what started as an easy order sync for Shopify quickly evolved into supporting our entire multi-channel eCommerce strategy through Celigo, its flexibility and scalability were major selling point for us, it has proven to be practical in enhancing business processes around our organization.

One feature I particularly like is the ability to create general settings for our custom integrations that can be referenced by scripting within each flow, we build the scripts once and then simply adjust the settings to modify the behavior or outcome of a flow, this is a rather advanced feature but Celigo's support team was instrumental in helping us design a long term solution.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The tools is solid overall, although interpreting some errors may not be straigtforward, this is however more related to the underlying platform API.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using celigo to automate our Order-to-cash and Payout-to-reconciliation processes for Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, including communications to 3PLs for our merchant-fulfilled channels. We also have EDI automations to communicate with trading partners. Other teams in the organization are also using Celigo to automate notifications via Slack.

 ### 31. Intuitive Integration Platform with Strong Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

One of the most intuitive integration platform we work with. Great balance between performance and ease of use, allows technical teams to build and maintain integrations quickly. UI is clean, automated error handling for most, and templates for new connections is fast. The support and partner ecosystem is also very strong.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The platform is powerful, although large-scale or highly customized use cases can sometimes push the limits of the UI. Complex data transformations sometimes require API workarounds or custom scripts. There are certain features that have changed quicker than their documentation can keep up with, which can be overwhelming or frustrating for new users.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps organizations unify disconnected systems across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce environments. Simplifying complex integrations that previously required heavy custom development, reducing time to deploy and long term maintenance costs. By standardizing workflows, clients have achieved faster order processing, improve data accuracy and better visibility across their organization without needing extensive technical resources for day to day management.

 ### 32. Easy, Click-to-Build Flows with Great NetSuite Integration Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarod L. | Senior ERP Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

You can build basic flows with just a few clicks, and can utilize pre-built configurations provided to quickly setup. Its easy to use once you start, and the number of options for NetSuite integrations is great. I also like that you can set a schedule and let it run in the background.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Being new to the system and understanding the flows, I'm still struggling with errors received and getting clear instructions on how to fix them.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using with our JP Morgan banking applications to send nacha files securely to the bank. It is also helping push orders from a third party system into our NetSuite environment. This benefits us from having to perform these tasks manually.

 ### 33. Highly Reliable iPaaS That Seamlessly Syncs Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and Internal APIs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nestor P. | Engineering Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

We have had a very positive experience using Celigo as our primary iPaaS solution. Currently, we use it to seamlessly connect our SFDC CPQ processes with NetSuite, as well as to integrate our own internal product APIs. The platform is highly reliable and has significantly reduced the manual effort required to keep our data in sync across different systems.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

learning curve can be steep for beginners

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is an excellent tool for managing multi-platform integrations. We rely on it to sync our CPQ processes and internal APIs directly into NetSuite. It is stable, easy to monitor, and has become a vital part of our daily operations. I highly recommend it for any business looking to automate their back-office workflows

 ### 34. Easy to Learn and User-Friendly Integration Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan I. | NetSuite Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I like that Celigo is easy to learn and very user friendly. I was able to understand and build some pretty advanced flows and integrations using Celigo without any scripting knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo can be pretty "buggy" sometimes. The user interface logs you out and it is difficult to log back in. There are caching issues frequently. Also many out of the box Integration Apps are impossible to customize to meet business needs.
Lastly, it is difficult to scale on Celigo effectively as the pricing and licensing process is very difficult and expensive.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo has helped us automate our entire Order to Cash process from all our many marketplaces and sales channels. It has allowed us to grow in many sales channels without having to scale our teams very much.

 ### 35. Robust, Flexible Integrations with an Intuitive UI That Automates Key Processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo provides a robust, flexible integration platform that has significantly reduced the effort required to connect and synchronize data across our systems. The user interface is intuitive, the implementation process is relatively straightforward, and the platform offers strong control over integration logic and scheduling. It has enabled us to automate key business processes reliably, and once integrations are in place, it helps minimize ongoing manual intervention.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo is a powerful platform, but it would benefit from offering more predefined integration templates and clearer use-case examples. For less technical users, building integrations can still require a fairly deep understanding of data structures, along with the mapping logic behind them. Expanding the library of out-of-the-box templates would make the platform more accessible and help a wider range of users take advantage of it effectively.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo helps us address the challenge of integrating and synchronizing data across multiple E-comm partners in a way that is both scalable and maintainable. It cuts down on manual data entry, improves overall data consistency, and enables automation throughout our operational workflows. As a result, our teams can spend more time on value-added work, our system integrations are more dependable, and ongoing maintenance is simpler than with custom-built solutions.

 ### 36. Application review on Celigo Integrator.io platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The account manager and the customer success team for my account were extremely helpful during the renewal process and they were willing to work with us to meet our budgeting goals. In addition, the platform offers many pre-built connections between multiple command platforms so that users do not have to build their own connector. However, it is also quite easy to build custom flows using custom endpoints to meet business-specific requirements for my company.
There is also Celigo university that offers a lot of free training and information. The weekly help session is also very valuable to new/old users with specific questions.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo have not had any pre-built connector to MS powerBI platform tools and any workday Adaptive tools. Hope that will be added soon.

**Recommendations to others considering Celigo:**

Do your due diligence. Always compare products that you are interested in such as functionality, ease of use, and support.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the Celigo Salesforce NetSuite connector to streamline transactions from the CRM to the ERP process. Also, we have Celigo custom flows on other projects that connect with multiple endpoints. The functionalities are all there and good for any businesses that need to connect their applications through API and any one of the methods Celigo offers.

 ### 37. Easy to use, easy to manage and delivering with Celigo is made simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The ongoing updates that are bringing it to the same level as other technology products, not just middlewares.
As it's used on a daily basis because it's essentially the lynch pin of the business, even as 1 person the ease of error management makes it manageable.
The ability to implement simple and easy to use flows and integrations but also the ability to implement complex business solutions.
Any time I've needed assistance with either uncommon bugs or general questions there is always a member of the online support team to assist or direct assistance from 2 members of the Celigo team that are really helpful.
The ability to schedule flows and create webhooks makes it easy to scale requests and it runs everything in the backgroud.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There's not much to dislike.
The only thing I would say is when editing scripted flow outputs the scripts look like they get copied, but this could also be user error on my part.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated data integration between ERP and CRM, this would be a nightmare to manage manually.
Automating into API driven software that the business throws at you last minute, Celigo makes it more manageable to deal with last minute changes and requests.

 ### 38. End-to-End Visibility and Flexible Workflows That Scale with Our Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Very good control and visibility end to end. Many other similar services contain areas that are 'black box', which both limits primary user ability to resolve issues (of course) or to understand where/what the problem is. It's also been very flexible, and can handle just about any need we've thrown at it. The scope of workflows we now use Celigo for has vastly expanded from our original expectations.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Some elements of the life cycle management can be obtuse or cumbersome.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's handling a variety of automations for us at this point. The primary benefit to me personally is the ability to solve problems or make changes directly, rather than have a protracted negotiation with a third party to do the same.

 ### 39. Fast, Reliable No-Code Integrations with a Rock-Solid NetSuite Connector

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

I strongly appreciate Celigo's ability to allow me to quickly set up a reliable integration between systems. As a single IT person department tasked with multiple hats not having to write code to transfer data is invaluable. I also appreciate the system's flexibility. In addition to predefined applications, I can write integrations using REST API, which greatly expands the systems that we can integrate with. The NetSuite connector is extremely solid in terms of accuracy and reliability. Celigo offers open office hours on Tuesday with some brilliant people, which helped me get immediate answers to my questions. Their helpdesk support team is also very good and answers tickets pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I have not found many issues with Celigo. My biggest frustration is that the system does not support transferring Team Sales data to NetSuite. The grouping for filters can also be difficult to understand, but as the system has been updated over time, it is becoming much easier to build these. I would also be nice to be able to drill further into the data, you can get fields one layer away, but the system struggles with deeper arrays (i.e. Company, Deals, Line Item Associations, Line Items). We have worked around this by passing off data to a second flow, but it is inconvenient as the product cost is for a set number of flows, so using one just to pass data takes away from that count.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Celigo to integrate our CRM/MA tool (HubSpot) and NetSuite. We have investigated other integrations such as NetSuite and Canvas, and looks to be usable for that, as well.

 ### 40. A modern, Easy-to-Learn iPaaS with Rich Prebuilt Apps and Great Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhushan R. | Sr. Integration Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is a modern day iPaaS, its relatively easier to learn compared to some other tools. Celigo's platform works really well for mid market companies with a lot of SaaS integrations, they have a rich set of prebuilt apps, a great product and support team

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Celigo can scale and add some features that other platforms provide like complete API management, more connectors for on premise integrations.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SaaS integrations mainly with NetSuite ERP. Using Celigo we have been able to connect all our SaaS applications like Shopify and Amazon and custom apps like the 3PL APIs with ease. These integrations are processing thousands of transactions daily and ensuring our business operations run smoothly.

 ### 41. Reliable, Flexible Integrations with Strong Support and Fast Prebuilt Connectors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam C. | CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

What I like best about Celigo is the reliability and flexibility of the platform, combined with a strong support and services team. The prebuilt integrations significantly reduce implementation time, while the customization options allow us to tailor workflows to complex, real-world business processes. Overall, Celigo enables us to scale our integrations confidently without sacrificing visibility or control.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

Overall, Celigo has been a strong platform for us. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be enhancing the user interface and documentation for more advanced configurations, as some complex workflows can require a deeper learning curve. Continued improvements in in-product guidance and examples would make an already powerful platform even more accessible for new and non-technical users.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the complexity of integrating EDI and API-driven data flows between our trading partners and NetSuite by providing a centralized, standardized integration layer. This has significantly reduced manual intervention, improved data accuracy, and accelerated order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. The platform’s prebuilt EDI connectors and intuitive API management tools allow us to onboard new partners faster, monitor transactions in real time, and maintain consistent governance across integrations—resulting in better operational visibility, scalability, and overall system reliability.

 ### 42. Celigo Connector has helped us level up our business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tennille H. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

The Celigo connector from shopify to netsuite has made running our business more efficient. We were apple to get our website off of Netsuite and use WordPress and Shopify and not lose any orders in the process.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

I don't have a lot of complaints here but if I had to pick one, slower than average ticket response times.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting our order information from Shopify over to our ERP Netsuite in order to fulfill. It was the one platform that gave my management team confidence enough that we can get the website off of Netsuite and not lose any orders or slow our processes down.

 ### 43. Automation and Processes Enhancements Made Easier

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving our problem of rhelping us simplify complex processes and automate routine work.

 ### 44. Intuitive Data Flows and Mapping with Easy Error Resolution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo S. | Director of eCommerce, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Creating our data order flows in Celigo, and managing our mappings are very intuitive. Going past that, it's also great to see any errors in Celigo, and being able to resolve them as needed.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

This isn't on Celigo, but more so on the ever growing challenge of staying familiar with custom scripts in Celigo, and how they change over time. It can be challenging to jump back in and see how the script changed, and troubleshooting it in order to resolve.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo has helped us automated our entire Order To Cash and Fulfillment flows. We are looking forward to exploring other process automation areas within our business.

 ### 45. Flexible Flows and Lookups Make Imports Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dipayan S. | EDI Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Allow multiple source for a flow, lookups are most convenient way to communicate with existing data before final import. AI generated script writing helps to write Jscript quickly. Branching allows to filter data and import it to different destinations

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

As2 testing little tricky as it not store any data. flow versioning can help to rollback to previous working version if anything wrong.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

branching helps me to send filtered data to different destination in single flow. lookup helps me to check NetSuite data or API GET call. I am nt expert in scripting, so AI generated script helps a lot to create hooks.

 ### 46. Enjoyable Interface, Solid Partner Support, and Helpful Enhancements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly S. | Director of Enterprise Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

We enjoy the interface and the partner that you all recommended to help us build out the processes is solid (lysi). We also enjoy the enhancements that you all are adding to help with failures and such with clearer details.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The interface changing can be somewhat challenging to manage quickly. I am not happy about the changes to the certification courses as the stepped 1-4 option allowed a user to choose how far they wanted to go.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated our ecommerce Shopify connections for traditional and working on Collective. Priorly, all ecom work was manually done. We have automated the fulfillment and payments flows too. We also are using it to connect to our HRIS partner to pull in payroll JEs and employee metadata. We are looking at it as a possible solution to connect some data resources to our new transportation management partner too.

 ### 47. Few times something exceeded expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas K. | Netsuite & Technology Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Customization.

For those who really want to have control over practically EVERYTHING, this platform is perfect. For our setting, we needed a better way to handle EDI transmissions as our previous solution was extremely slow on support and setup.

On top of EDI, we have now found new ways to incorporate all our SaaS so they connect and "speak" to each other, from creating PDF's from EDI and uploading to BOX, or triggering Asana tasks/notifications from Netsuite.

With Celigo, what took literal months now takes days. Seriously. It is scary how much better things are now that we have the ability to edit and create our own EDI connections.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

The worst thing is that the error logs could be better. I would like to see more infromation on what caused the error, and what time, and the ability to pull these logs so I can troubleshoot.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now Celigo solves quite a few issues we had:
-EDI transmissions (Orderful -> Celigo -> Netsuite and back)
-Box connection
-Webstore Connections (Shopify to Netsuite and back)
-Microsoft Automate connection (convert to PDF and extract information to upload to Box)

**Official Response from Elyse Claxton:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re really glad to hear that Celigo’s customization gives you the level of control you need, especially around EDI. Knowing that processes that once took months now take only days is exactly the kind of impact we hope to deliver.

Your examples of automating PDFs, connecting to Box, triggering Asana tasks, and getting all your SaaS tools to work together really highlight what’s possible when everything finally integrates smoothly.

We also appreciate your honesty about the error logs. Clearer and more detailed logs are something we’re actively working to improve, and feedback like yours helps us prioritize those updates.

It’s great to hear how much Celigo is helping streamline your EDI workflows, Box connections, Shopify processes, and Microsoft Automate tasks. We’re happy to be part of making your operations faster and easier.

 ### 48. Effortless Integrations and Powerful AI Features Make Celigo a Standout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin D. | Sr . Netsuite Celigo Integration Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

It is very easy to use, and the interface makes complex integrations much simpler. We can implement integrations between two systems smoothly. Additionally, the recent adoption of AI has become extremely useful while implementing complex features. Celigo’s support for customization — such as Handlebar expressions, transformations, hooks, etc. — helps a lot when building any integration.

I frequently work on Celigo to integrate different systems, and it already provides pre-built connectors for most popular endpoints. If a connector is not available, we can still use the HTTPS connector for further development.

Additionally, its support documentation and customer support are very good. In most cases, we can resolve issues by exploring the documentation or by chatting with support.

The introduction of AI features has helped a lot — now I just need to write a prompt, and Celigo AI can generate complex hook logic and Handlebar expressions, which I can directly use to implement advanced use cases.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There are some limitations when working with IA flows. We cannot fully customize them to implement our own specific use cases. Additionally, there are restrictions in Data Loader flows — for example, we cannot add multiple destination steps, which I believe should be supported as a capability.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is solving the major challenge of integrating multiple business systems without the need for heavy development effort. It helps automate data flow between applications, eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures real-time data synchronization.

For me, the key benefit is the ease of building and managing integrations through its user-friendly interface, pre-built connectors, and strong customization options. Features like transformations, handlebars, hooks, and now AI assistance significantly speed up development and reduce implementation time for complex use cases.

Overall, Celigo enables faster go-lives, improved process efficiency, and better data accuracy across systems — ultimately helping businesses scale their operations seamlessly.

**Official Response from Elyse Claxton:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Celigo. We're glad to hear that our support for customization, pre-built connectors, and AI features have been beneficial for your integration projects. We take note of your feedback on IA and Data Loader flows and will consider it for future enhancements.

 ### 49. User-Friendly Integration with Outstanding Support and Improved UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelbert P. | Senior Technical Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo is of of the best IPaaS I've used in recent years. The ease of navigation plus user friendly interface allows even non-tech users to instantly connect multiple systems with a few clicks.

The tools available to properly implement and manage the flows also help with troubleshooting and monitoring for all our clients.

Apart from all that, I've had the best Support experience (which matters a lot as an Integration Developer) that understands urgency and importance of quick turnarounds.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

User interface could use an upgrade, but with the recent UI version update, it looks like a step in the right direction.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration between multiple systems are easier with prebuilt connectors, automatic mappings and preconfigured connections. This allows us to focus on the business process more and less on the technical side of implementations.

The latest B2B manager for EDI is a great step into making EDI connections easier and more manageable.

 ### 50. The best iPaaS solution for growing businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yessenia R. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Celigo?**

Celigo provides an incredibly intuitive platform for managing integrations across multiple systems. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it simple for both technical and non-technical users to build and monitor flows. The prebuilt connectors and templates significantly reduce implementation time, and the support team is always responsive and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the continuous updates and the training resources available through Celigo University — they really help maximize the value of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Celigo?**

There’s very little to dislike. Occasionally, complex custom integrations may require some additional configuration time or support assistance, but the Celigo team is always quick to help resolve any issues. Overall, the experience has been excellent and the benefits far outweigh any minor inconveniences.

**What problems is Celigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Celigo is helping us automate and centralize data flows across multiple systems, eliminating manual data entry and reducing human errors. By integrating platforms like ERP, eCommerce, and CRM, we now have real-time visibility into our operations and can make faster, more accurate decisions. The ability to build and customize integrations without deep technical expertise has significantly improved efficiency and scalability. Overall, Celigo has streamlined our processes, saved us valuable time, and allowed our teams to focus more on strategic initiatives rather than repetitive data management tasks.
