What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

1. AI interjection - which I meant that AI helps recruiters like we have to rank resources/candidates against the particular job description without being manually harassed.

CEIPAL ATS is access with multiple job portals like Monster, Dice and Career Builder etc.

This is very easy to use because a multiple job portal in one location.

CEIPAL ATS UI design is a bit complicated and can be confusing for beginners.

When CEIPA ATS handling large databases, System speed can be slow.

After update the CIEPAL ATS software unexpected errors and bugs occur.

Benefit: CEIPAL ATS integrates candidate information, making it easy to search, track, and manage candidate profiles.

Benefit: So in CEIPAL ATS Integrated email and communication tools keep all interactions in one place.

Problem: Collaboration between recruiters and hiring managers is inefficient.

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

I really appreciate how CEIPAL assists me in finding suitable candidates and matching profiles. It is very helpful for storing candidate information and locating resumes with rare skills. Additionally, I find CEIPAL very easy to use and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?

Most of the time, Ceipal shows only a limited number of profiles for a specific location. What I dislike the most about Ceipal is that I can't easily find resumes with particular skills, and for most resumes, I am unable to find the email address or phone number. I would appreciate it if you could add more high-quality resumes for candidates who possess rare skills. It would also be beneficial to include a greater number of resumes tailored to specific locations.
