If a candidate has been placed in the past and their profile is encountered again in the future, a tag indicating "already placed" is displayed. What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

Applicant tracking, onboarding capabilities collecting documents, getting the documents signed in the portal, instead of going for a Docu sign or similar platforms. Very restrictive customization. Any changes require development teams. The company is unable to cater to customization requests from various departments in the same organisation. Customer support can be more responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ceipal ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Applicant Tracking system is allowing to see if the consultant is was previously by any other recruiter, it is helping review consultant on various parameter like rate offered previously, he education and experiences.

2. eOnboarding is allowing us to onboard consultant completely over a signal platform. people from various internal teams are using the same documents with out reaching consultant multiple time for the same documents.

What do you like best about Ceipal ATS?

It's so user friendly, I have been using it from past 7 years working in different companies. Can find the candidates from Internal database, Monster, Dice or Integrated search using quick links. Easy to submit and tag candidate to various jobs as per the clients. Easy to create job and get unique ID. Can implement candidates notes depending on their priorities. CEIPAL ATS is that it can occasionally be slow when processing large volumes of data, and the reporting customization options could be more flexible. Additionally, integrating with certain third-party tools might require more streamlined support.

We support for medical device industry client but we need local candidate for few roles, but ceipal does not provide local candidate when we need. Its give only less candidate. Helps me to find suitable profiles, easy to send emails and get contacts so that we can contact the consultant right away.
