Ceipal ATS — Best For End-to-End Recruitment Workflow Automation Features The system comes with a robust AI-powered candidate matching, resume parsing, email integration, and job posting to multiple platforms all in one place. This greatly reduces manual intermediary involvement and simplifies the whole sourcing-to-submission workflow. I like it for VMS integration and CRM system built in. helps you to manage client as well as track candidate from same tool. Dashboard is visible and feature tools for reporting to continuously keep eye on recruiter KPIs performance.

**What do you dislike about Ceipal ATS?**

Ceipal ATS is comprehensive and fast, however there are several elements to improve. The user-interface can be overwhelming (particularly for newbies) due to the learning curve. There are a few modules that seem like they should be easier to set up, and some tasks need way too many clicks to complete. In addition, the system can sometimes hang during peak hours and hamper productivity. In addition, user experience would also increase with improved mobile responsiveness and customer support response times.

I really like Ceipal ATS because it’s an intuitive, all-in-one platform that makes every stage of the recruitment process efficient and transparent. It allows seamless candidate tracking, resume parsing, and communication, which saves a lot of time during high-volume hiring.

I also appreciate how Ceipal integrates with major job boards and social media platforms, allowing recruiters to source candidates directly without switching between multiple tabs.

Ceipal ATS is very user friendly and simplifies the recruiting process, And I started my carrier as Recruiter in 2023 and Ceipal is the first ATS I learned and this is my First recruiting tool I used to start learning from Job Posting and sharing to various job portals. and you can use the boolean string as long as you need based on the requirement as no limit for boolean string

The draw back only I faced is Internal data is visible to every one in the organization and we recieve applicants of seniority level of more than 20 years even though if we choose to give the candidates of 1 -3 years of experience.

It also creates a pipeline for job postings where candidates can apply and submit their resumes. I like Ceipal because it is simple and user friendly. It stores all candidates information in one place, making it easy to access whenever needed.Posting jobs is easy and the bulk posting features saves time.It also helps us find experienced profile much faster and smoother.

Ceipal could improve its integration with job boards. Lately, its not working smoothly, which slows down the sourcing process and makes it harder to get quality resumes. It would also be really helpful to have better to have better search filters, like by visa status or contract type (w2, c2c), right in the integrated search. If we are working in staffing or recruitment, Ceipal ATS really makes life easier. It’s like having everything you need to manage candidates and job openings all in one place.
Integrates with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
It combines ATS and Customer relationship management features in one place. You can manage resumes, job orders, submissions, client communication, interviews, and vendor management — without switching between tools

I can say this, while Ceipal ATS is packed with features, there are definitely a few things that could be better. The mobile app is another weak spot — it’s okay for quick lookups or basic actions, but it doesn’t give you the full functionality you get on desktop. If you're a recruiter on the go, that’s frustrating.

Honestly, Ceipal ATS has made my job a lot easier by fixing some of the everyday headaches we deal with in recruiting. I have been using ceipal for almost 2.5 years till now using it, gotta say the UI is easy to use, after login use a boolean string to fetch the profiles you needed, you can directly email the candidate via ceipal and there is mail merge upto 999, there's internal db where you can provide the boolean as per clients requirement then you can see resume coming from Career Builder, monster, dice and techfetch, you can use each of them separately and fetch profile as per your convenience, there's lot of filter options you can do to sort out the resume you need like location,skills, experience and so on, overall ceipal is Good ats where every recruiters find easy to use
