What I like most about Stor-IQ is that the interface for management is quite straightforward. I like how we can create different groups and channels/types of communications. There is a good amount of features that can be used/but I think that we need a more detailed demonstration of certain features to understand and utilise their full capabilities. I think that sometimes the platform can be glitchy/it can be difficult to format text and writing. I wish we could embed imagery more seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The feature I find most helpful is 'department tasks' , which we use for maintenance reporting across our salons. It’s efficient, making it easy to report issues and track them until resolution. This has been invaluable for streamlining our operations, particularly in managing salon upkeep.
The team from Store Excellence is very nice and they try to help all the time very quickly.

The 'Planner' feature is disappointing. It feels very outdated and lacks flexibility, making it difficult to personalise or use effectively. Additionally, the checklists could be much more intuitive, and the reports generated from the system don’t offer the insights we need. As a growing business, we also feel quite restricted when trying to use the platform for new initiatives, with most improvements or changes requiring paid add-ons. This platform is built and managed by experts in retail. They know the mechanics of the retail industry and therefore have managed to built a platform which is a solution to everyday challenges.
Its simple interface makes it very easy to use and navigate around. It has many features which retail stores use on a daily basis and helps them keep organised and meet compliance needs.
The system also allows yo you connect to exisiting platforms in the business. Our stores use it daily to check off daily tasks, see whats coming up and implement new instructions/promotions in store.

To be very Honest, I feel the with Cegid Retail Store Excellence the stores feel connected. Task management , newsfeed , home page , checklists , department task you name it and cegid has got it all to make life super easy for stores . StoreIQ is very simplistic to use and is adapted for user comfort. Rest assured that cegrid is still STOREIQ and maintains its use and ease for those in a position to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Store Excellence enable us to steamline all communications via one channel to our global stores. Its also a massive help being able to see compliance of communications and tasks and surveys. The team are alwasy on hand and quick to respond if we are stuck with how to achieve something and alsways keep us up to date with nw developments that are on their roadmap. My only bug bear is the lack of translation functions and having to outsource that, but all their clients have been putting their hands up for a few years and now Cegid are nearly ready to launch a new translation tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
