I think the thing I like least is in seeing our delivered product and all the options that were available to us, I am not sure we were fully made aware of some of the options. It could have changed the way we designed some of the features. Also, we are on the East coast of the US - and most of the Tagetik staff was in Italy. This did create some loss of working time due to the time differences. If they has these same resources in the states, you'd not lose as much time - likely speeding up implementation times.
