**What do you like best about CCH Axcess™ Tax?**

I overall like the ease of use - I primarly use CCH Axcess on the Accounts Receivable side of things. I enjoy the ease of payment application and research. I also enjoy the ease of using the report manager. I overall use CCH Axcess daily.

**What do you dislike about CCH Axcess™ Tax?**

No major dislikes - overall they have continued to roll out updates and improvements that make me excited!

**What problems is CCH Axcess™ Tax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, it helps streamline our billing, collections and receivablesd processes.
