The upsides are countless. There is something for everyone on my team, from effective team management to the technical acumen. As a systems admin, it allows me to recommend courses to our help desk in order to improve their skills. It has been invaluable to me, as I am taking the next steps on my career path, opening new tracks of learning. In the current I.T. landscape, sys admins are required to be much more diverse, as they are most likely employing differing solutions and the scope of work is far wider due to the options available.

I have not found anything I dislike at this time, other than something that would tailor soft skills, like meeting participation. Group classes that a team can take together.

Do not just look at what you are interested in, think about the overall picture for your organization...how you can supplement your skillset as well as your team's collective skill-sets to better things all around. I recommend adding a course that develops those soft and indirect skills like team management, even if you aren't a leader...it can help with perspective. I am a systems administrator with a relatively new and green help desk team. It is great to be able to follow up and see what they are focusing on and learning, and seeing their drive to learn more.

Utilizing Teams for effective communication. Reinforcing foundations of Windows server management, ITIL, VMWare, CCNA. Effective team management has been huge for resolving team-related issues that have come up when determining priority. It has been personally valuable to me in terms of reinforcing the things I no longer see every day, but want to make sure I am giving great direction on. It is also humbling to see the sheer volume of what I have yet to learn.

CBT Nuggets has been a great addition to our organization. The has helped our organization fill the training gap that we have so desperately been looking for. Having the automated reports has been a great tool along with the ability to track how much the employees are using the training. CBT Nuggets has a great library of content that allows a wide range of employees to be able to utilize the content that is available to them 24 hours a day. That has been key for our organization on improving our knowledge base of our employees.

I'd like to see customizable quizzes to be able to test our employees with. This would help us with setting wage levels along with being able to help take the employees to the next level in their on the job training. I'd also like to see the ability to change the time zone on the reports so we can see the local time much easier than using UTC time like it is now.

This is the best online training program that we have ever found. Easy, Simplistic, and it is manageable.

This is been a great addition to our training program as it allows the employees to be able to access a large inventory of different topics / subjects that fit what we do. The employees have really taken to this new training and we are seeing the benefits in the moral and knowledge that they bring.

The videos and Labs are very good and keeps the learners engaged, allowing for fast and efficient learning experience because videos are easy to recall

Not categorised by career path and would like more detailed assessments rather than just quizzes at intervals. apart from that the platform is great and the team enjoys using CBT Nuggets to train.
