I manage internal lunch operations at my organization, and have worked with Cater2me as our primary lunch partner for 2 years now since we returned to office after the pandemic. They have been truly wonderful to work with all around, and have demonstrated the ability to handle a large client (250 - 350 lunches per day) with care and professionalism.

We receive exceptional account management from our regional account manager as well as the global head of operations. In addition, our onsite Cater2me staff are reliable, communicative, and well-liked by our staff. The interface is pretty intuitive, and you get a decent amount of meaningful metrics in their analytics dashboard. In addition, we've never had a problem getting more complex reports from the Cater2me team when needed.

Their invoicing process is consistent and reliable, and their accounting team is a pleasure to work with. They have a robust system for collecting staff feedback when it comes to the food, and they actively use this feedback to inform future vendor selections. The leadership team also provides me with numerous opportunities for providing feedback and suggestions, which is highly appreciated.

They regularly onboard new vendors and bring us a level of variety that likely exceeds what competitors are able to accomplish, but they’re also careful to vet vendors that can meet the needs of our large office and are quick to course-correct any food or delivery issues. The onsite meal roll-out process is seamless and consistent.

They are also extremely flexible and have made their platform work seamlessly with our needs on numerous occasions. Overall we couldn’t ask for a better lunch partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cater2Me is a really unique catering site that offers a bunch of different solutions. I have used it for corporate catering needs at work like boxed lunches, staff parties, client gatherings, and meeting but they also offer catering for home as well like holiday meals or gatherings. I really enjoy how convenient Cater2.me makes it for employees to know what’s for lunch with email notifications and integrations with Slack. Cater2.me also provides a forum for feedback on lunch so we can suggest to get our favorite lunches in rotation more often (or our not-so-favorite lunches in rotation less often).
