The Caspio development team is put together after initial meetings with the front end marketing and scoping teams. So, there are a lot of conversations and details discussed up front with people who were not part of the group I ultimately ended up working with on projects to whom I had to re-explain details or fill in gaps about the bigger picture. I like how easy it is to create basic applications; most of my tasks require more than just creating an email form. There is a steep learning curve for doing more complex actions, and the documentation is sometimes out of date due to the updates Caspio rolls out. However, Caspio is now doing weekly webinars, showing a weekly topic, some of which are very complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unlike proprietary off-the-shelf software (eg Salesforce usig APEX) Caspio uses commonly use languages such as HTML, CSS, SQL and JScript

Great online tutorials on YouTube (although some are dated)

All in one platform brings everything together (development, hosting etc)

Our client data is now completely centralised, Caspio has eliminated many of the home-grown systems (spreadsheets etc)

When sharing tables with other applications, the table relationship screen can become messy and dificult to manage
