I like that you can save multiple ccs and normally cl will tell you automatically whether they are health savings cards **What do you dislike about CashierLive Pharmacy POS?** I dislike that once a cc # is saved in there we cannot edit or see anything. It would be helpful if there was a way for just the exp to be updated so we don't have to go the cc from the customer again. I don't like the amount of time it takes for rxd and cl to talk to eachother and I definitely do not like the fact that when you are trying to search for a person you can only use the first or last name? Not both. It is really inconvenient especially when you have a lot of people with the same name such as robert smith etc **What problems is CashierLive Pharmacy POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits of taking customers credit cards over the phone securely and being able to email them a receipt afterwards. Helping us take care of customers we shipped to and not only our in store customers ### 2. Easy to recall and reprint old receipts and refund if necessary. **What do you dislike about CashierLive Pharmacy POS?** There seems to be an issue when toggling between screens while processing a payment. If you switch screens at any time before the sale is completed it will lock your screen. **What problems is CashierLive Pharmacy POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not currently solving any issues. I have seen the benefit of having multiple payment options available to customers. ### 3.
