Their customer service is second to none. There have been several instances where there were features that we needed that didn't exist (e.g., split distributions). We emailed Perry about it, jumped on a quick call, and within a few weeks they released the feature! I've never experienced that with any other SaaS provider. The other thing I really like about it is that it's extremely intuitive to use. The UX/UI is great. You don't have to hunt around for what you're looking for. The end of year tax reporting is somewhat lacking (e.g., income allocation per LP for a calendar year, interest payments per Note Holder). We've used several of the market leading portals to manage our investors and all of our sponsored offerings. Cash Flow portal is by far the most intuitive for our investors. It also has all of the functionality that I enjoyed from competing portal providers but isn't missing anything.

Furthermore, their level of support is INSANELY good. I've interacted with Chloe, Abigail, Michelle and Stefanie over the past 2 years and each time found them extremely responsive and knowledgeable.

Cash Flow Portal has incredible customer service. I have a direct link to a team and whenever I have a question, they respond immediately. If it needs a deeper dive, they offer to hop on a video conference call with me and we share screens and work through the situation. I schedule regular calls with them to learn more advanced uses of the platform as I'm expanding my business. There is never an extra change for this, just great support. I have used 4 other platforms for my real estate business, and I choose this one because when serious money is on the line - assuring the platform has your back with great support really matters! The reports the platforms offers to the investors look great, but don't offer much in the way of customization. It is fine if you are doing traditional capital raises, but if you have a slightly different offering, it may not display exactly as you want. That being said, they are constantly improving on these features and very receptive to suggestions.
