Use the tutorial feature to learn what options are available for the case management system. There are steps that drive your files and numerous reporting options that are available for workflow, management tools, and forecasting. I have been utilizing the system for more than 1 year and have been able run referral reporting, production reporting, upload reporting, step reporting.
