What do you like best about Case Monitoring?

It’s easy for users to switch statuses for availability and they’re all color coded. You can also use keyboard shortcuts to switch statuses without having to use a mouse Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Case Monitoring?

Sometimes if you hold the directory and accidentally drag it, it glitches and then you can’t access the directory again until you reboot. It’s also frustrating that sometimes if you drop a call when you have someone else on hold, it automatically picks that call back up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Case Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

Able to switch between log in/log out statuses easily and it creates time stamps which makes tracking time worked a breeze Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
