"Strategic Game Changer with Efficient Data Consolidation"
5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

I like the ease of doing business with Cascade and their great channel partner program. The efficiency of data consolidation is impressive, as it consolidates hours or weeks of work into a single strategic pane of glass, aligning company goals and KPIs with actual data from various reporting platforms. This strategic operating layer provides real-time accessibility to data for executives like CMOs and CFOs, supporting them in board reporting by consolidating tools and software used across a company environment. Additionally, the initial setup of Cascade is easy, and I'm pleased with our partnership with Cascade, viewing it as a true differentiator in the space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Dashboards That Keep Projects Aligned to Strategic Priorities"
5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

Cascade makes it much easier to manage multiple projects while still keeping everything aligned with strategic priorities. The AI-powered dashboards are helpful for quickly seeing which projects are on track and which ones need more attention. I also really like being able to map the relationships between different initiatives, since it helps connect the dots across workstreams. Overall, it gives project teams a clear, high-level overview without losing sight of what matters most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

Managing a large number of projects at once can get a bit complex. If things aren’t organized well, some views can start to feel crowded and harder to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cascade Aligns HR Initiatives to Company Strategy with Helpful AI Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

Cascade helps me connect HR initiatives directly to the broader company strategy. The AI insights are particularly useful for tracking workforce-related metrics and noticing patterns over time. I also appreciate the team management features, which make it easy to assign clear ownership of goals across departments and create stronger accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

Some HR-specific metrics required manual setup because they aren’t always standard in the system. The interface also takes a little time to get fully comfortable with, but once you spend some time in it, it becomes easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Dashboards and AI Metrics That Streamline Logistics Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

Cascade gives us a centralized view of our logistics operations and strategic goals. The AI-powered metrics tracking makes it easier to spot inefficiencies and understand performance trends as they develop. I also like the dashboards, which pull multiple data sources into one place and make the overall picture clearer. As a result, we spend less time on manual reporting and more time acting on the insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

Initial integration with certain logistics systems required some additional setup. The platform is powerful, but it does take time to fully optimize and get it running smoothly for everyday use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cascade Turns Strategy Into Clear Goals and Shared Progress"
5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

Cascade makes it much easier to translate high-level strategy into concrete tasks and measurable goals. The AI-powered insights in the dashboards help surface trends in our metrics that we might otherwise overlook. I also like how the strategy planner ties objectives, KPIs, and projects together in one place, so it’s clear how everything connects. Overall, it gives leadership and teams a shared view of progress without needing constant meetings to stay aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

The initial setup can take a while, especially when you’re mapping existing strategies into the platform. Some of the reporting views also feel a bit dense at first, so the learning curve is definitely noticeable in the beginning. That said, once you get used to the layout and where everything lives, it becomes much easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Dashboards That Keep Our Initiatives Aligned to Strategic Goals"
5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

Cascade helps us tie our product initiatives to company-wide strategic goals. The AI-supported dashboards make it easier to see which metrics are trending in the right direction and which ones still need attention. I also appreciate the alignment and relationship mapping, since it clearly visualizes how different plans connect and depend on one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

A few integrations required some extra configuration before everything synced correctly. The interface also includes a lot of features, so it can take new users a little time to get oriented and fully understand where everything is located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Complex UI and Clunky Performance"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

I do not like Cascade Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

The user interface is messy and hard to navigate, not intuitive at all. Entering text directly is not recommended because you can easily lose your work, and you can't visualize what you've written due to formatting constraints. The project tracking percentage is basic with unsophisticated algorithms making progress look better or worse than actual. Retrieving reports from Cascade is difficult and the system is so clunky that it's not worth the effort. The setup was not easy, requiring one-on-one training with the supplier and follow-up with an internal specialist. I am puzzled to see so many positive reviews. "Intuitive Platform with a Responsive Team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

The platform is comprehensive, but also user intuitive. It provides line of sight to all of your strategic efforts to ensure clarity and ownership. The team is great to work with, and responsive in resolution of issues that may arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

There are a few subtle enhancements that would improve the user experience, such as the ability to upload files (for example, Excel to help build initial data sets instead of creating them manually.) That said, I’ve been told these improvements are expected in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Supportive, and Always Improving"
5/5
What do you like best about Cascade?

It is easy to use and intuitive when rolling out to the organization. Customer support is responsive and gives good answers. As far as implementation, Bec has been instrumental in helping us get going on this and is available to assist with any questions we have. There are new features being presented consistently over time and they have a good way of reaching out to get input and present the new features in a good way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cascade?

I have yet to find any. I think there is potential in further developing the "Teams" pages to make it even more usable and can create value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
