I think the most useful feature for us was the reporting features, both dashboards and snapshots. This was really powerful for us to have concise, accurate and live reports for not only our entire business plan but down to individual projects and programmes. I think for someone in the role I am in, PMO, being able to have the ability to not only look at the overarching strategy and cascading that down but also being able to understand the dependencies of tasks or even project to project would have been very powerful. Cascade has given my company a single source of truth when it comes to our goals and what specific actions the business is taking to get there. The interface is flexible and customizable when it comes to including custom fields and aligning goals to multiple areas of focus. Cascade is intiuitive and easy to use. That it can be customised specifically for our environment makes it meaningful to all those who are using it. i really like the transparency that Cascade affords, and it has made a huge difference to how we hold people accountable to deliver on their goals. The implementation support. The system structure and simplicity. The system is Australian based and data is kept onshore. The balanced scorecard layout matches our business perfectly. We haven't (yet) been able to work out how to integrate due to our dated systems and data points, so we haven't been able to tap into the Dashboards area yet. I would like to see the option to create additional auto-generated reminder emails. And, I'd like to see this tool develop more in the project office management space.
