Customer service is horrible. I have two tickets open through their portal login, one from a month ago that says transferred and has not been resolved and the other says New from over a week ago. From my work within casamba's system, I really enjoyed that they are open with the information stored within the system itself. I'm able to get data that is entered into the system easily to run customized reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
