Absolutely the worst company to deal with!!
Took over 3 months to do an initial migration which was full of issues and ended up finishing it with another company. Event post migration we had to do a lot of work to sort out their data.
It costed us thousands of £££ in damages. Took over 100 support emails back & forth, had to wait days for a response in most cases, always needed to chase several times.
When we paid for a recent data migration which somehow was taking almost a week to migrate only ~1k entities. Had to stop it in the end & got it done by another provider under an hour.
Now they're refusing to even refund the money.
If you value your sanity and business, skip this one. Plenty of other platforms that do it properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Terrible experience migrating opencart to woocommerce. 400 products and each has to be manually edited in 3 ways (did not bring over the model number, duplicate images, and broken variations). They claim that these issues were clearly not included with the service and refuse to provide a refund. I have to clear my site and start from scratch because it is so messed up. What a waste of money and time. So much for paying extra for insurance. They cannot migrate from opencart to woocommerce properly and customer service is rude and slow. We used Cart2Cart Service for our Magento 1 to Magento 2 Migration.
Saved a great deal of time and frustration, moving a lot of information, graphics, images, pricing, etc., with ease in a short amount of time, without any complaint.
The cost of doing the data transfer this way with Cart 2 Cart was well worth it when you consider how many person-hours this might have taken doing it manually.

I have used Cart2Cart twice now, once to migrate from OSCommerce to Magento 1 and now from Magento 1 to Magento 2. The easy system allows you to do the transfer yourself and control what options you want to bring over. Really easy and very supportive support staff if you have any questions.
