The product is so versatile that it can be a solution for so many situations – it solves so many of our requirements daily. That ability to fit so many roles means that there are a lot of technical 'how-to' questions that come up. The tech support (Tetiana) is simply wonderful. What do you like best about DataFeedWatch by Cart.com?

I'm new to setting up product feeds, and not particularly technical, but found it easy to use and set up. Livechat has also been excellent whenever I've needed extra support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataFeedWatch by Cart.com?

Having a way to exclude products for different feeds via upload would be helpful. At the moment you have to do each product individually which is time consuming when there are a lot. Yes there are rules that can be applied, but sometimes you just need to exclude a random selection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DataFeedWatch by Cart.com?

It allows us to have so much more control over the products in our clients' product feeds - more than what Google Merchant Center allows us to do. It's especially helpful when clients aren't willing to make changes directly to their product information and we're able to override some things on our own to get better results from our ads. Google Merchant Center does not make managing a product feed easy. DataFeedWatch allows us to easily match up fields to GMC but it also allows us to add additional information to our product listings without having to change them on the website. What do you like best about DataFeedWatch by Cart.com?

I appreciate the ease of use and level of customization it offers. I can easily create custom feeds tailored to specific channels or campaigns, there hasn't been so far a filter on my product feed data I haven't been able to achieve on Datafeedwatch.

The UI is also very intuitive and easy to navigate for everyone in the business. And whenever I have had questions or needed assistance, the customer support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the UI is easy to use, I did find Productsup's visualization on source > intermediate > exports more interesting and fun to work with. Also it makes it easier when you see the connections visually in that way to simplify the rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have you ever had to manually manage a feed? It's nasty. However, with DataFeedWatch, the entire process of setting up and configuring the feed, including mapping attributes and creating custom rules, was extremely smooth. I'm clutching at straws but my experience with suppport could have been better but it was far from terrible. Just could have been a little more 'supportive'. Would I like it to be cheaper - sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
