The only thing worse than their design team is their customer service. If you want to sell a classic vehicle, don't waste your time here - they probably don't know what it is, so you won't be able to search for it. Want to cancel? Don't forget to get it in writing because their policy is that a phone call, no matter what you discuss, simply doesn't count. **What problems is Carsforsale.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Carsforsale called our dealership repeatedly, pushing that they could help sell antique and vintage automobiles. After a lot of work to list a sizeable collection with them, we didn't receive a single inquiry. Turns out you can't even search most of these cars. We saw absolutely no benefit by utilizing this website and plenty of headache. ### 2. This really helps, as more often than not, I don't have to worry about spending excessive time when I'm sorting through options through the directory. You can search for all the various options on the market with ease and get a proper breakdown of the car and its competitive prices. It's also quite easy to list a vehicle to the directory. You have the option to call/text the sellers directly. **What do you dislike about Carsforsale.com?** There's nothing I can think of regarding any pitfalls for CFS; there is barely anything to dislike. Maybe a more modern approach to design for the official website may attract a more diverse audience, but for me I still feel it's pretty good overall. **What problems is Carsforsale.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Carsforsale.com to narrow down which vehicle I should get as my daily drive. I educated myself through the options provided near my area and approached a seller through the website before making a deal. It was a straightforward and hassle-free process. It's fully automated, so we don't have to do ANYTHING and our entire inventory is on Facebook. **What do you dislike about Carsforsale.com?** The functionality is limited, and the interface is clunky. We literally ONLY use it to pull our data from our real DMS and feed it to Facebook, and nothing else because nothing else about it is better than a real DMS. **Recommendations to others considering Carsforsale.com:** If you're just looking for an affordable and functional website and inventory management product, CarsForSale is great. This can be frustrating for advanced users and a barrier for novice users. Also, credit applications completed on a mobile device do not come through and a new application must be completed.
