I like the user interface and how easy it is to navigate the website. I can quickly jump into a quote right away, and when I need to dig into rfq's or other more detailed work it's simple to move to those sections. Nothing that we have outright disliked about Cargo Chief yet. The setup and integration went smoothly. The only thing we could nit-pick is possibly data accuracy. They do a good job, but of course in today's world data ages extremely quickly so I anticipate this could be an issue in the future if there isn't a heavy focus on data sifting frequently. My favorite part is the project management feature/carrier procurement tool. It makes it so easy to keep track of every carrier we source for any given project. Carriers lie about lanes that they run or volume. There doesn't seem to be a way to verify or report it on our end. I saw a carrier posted saying that they went from Cincinnati, OH to Orlando, FL daily when I called to discuss the load they said they don't go to Florida. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
