What do you like best about CareStack?

We came from an archaic system so all the features of CareStack are a win, but our favorite is the collaboration between payment processing and the ledger and the ease of scheduling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

CareStack is geared for general practices. We are a pediatric practice and there are some features and KPI's that simply don't apply but CareStack has been receptive to making changes based on how we operate our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

CareStack is all encompassing. From patient workflows to big picture analytics, they have truly thought out all of the needs of their consumers. With any software, there is a learning curve, but their support and implementation teams are there to help you achieve your goals and use the software to its fullest. We have really enjoyed the digital workflows and customizable forms, letters and patient communications templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

We have only been using the software for 3 months, so I would say that the only downside at this time is time. This is such a robust software that we haven't even touched on some of the amazing features of the software.

The most helpful element to our implementation would have been to have a team member onsite for our go-live day to be able to correct us and work with us hand in hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

I like how CareStack is built to make things easier for you. There are helpful checks and popups in place to make sure you're doing things right and working with the correct information. I also love how there are SO many resources to learn the system and succeed. I have never gone more than 15 minutes without some sort of insight from either an article, video, or customer support. I love how easy it is to train people on as well. There are so many things that make this easy to implement and integrate into our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

I think the only reason I initially thought it was intimidating is because you can tell there are SO many features included in carestack. However, through onboarding, the implementation process, etc, I learned that these are typically set in place to help you succeed. I really like how easy claiming and billing is with carestack. The operational reports and other things it gives us insight on has brought to light so many areas we can continue to improve upon. What do you like best about CareStack?

The best feature for me is the application to send out text messages and emails to reminded patient about the next appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When they switch thier classes to zoom calls. It was harder to log in and talk to the team. We had to use the office phone with the computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CareStack?

I have had a great experience with CareStack. Even when we run into any hiccups they are quick to help and the streamlined interface is easy to use even when they have updates it is quick to get used to. What do you like best about CareStack?

I’m so happy to have chosen Carestack. Taking the leap into ownership has been very nerve wracking, and choosing to use practice management / EHR software I wasn’t familiar with was even crazier. Every step of the way, there have been people so willing to help and so eager to help me succeed. They don’t leave you out to dry after you’ve signed the contract. What do you like best about CareStack?

the most helpful thing about carestack is the patient's chart. there are several options, conditions, treatment codes etc that we can enter and make the patient's chart as detailed as possible. I also really like how i can right click on a patients appointment and i can pull up eligibility, documents, memos, and ledger without opening another tab. Also not to mention the excellent customer support and educational videos on how to naviagte the software is impecable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareStack?

The least helpful in my opinion would be the lack of specification on tooth numbers for the alternate benefit tab in insurance. For example, some policies only apply an alternate benefit on "Molars Only" not pre molars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CareStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

I would say Carestack helps us out with the unscheduled patient's list, overdue recall appts and broken appts list. The operations report option helps us out to create a list of which of our patients have an over due recall appt, unscheduled tx or broken appts. This is very important to us when we have some down time we can do a report and call patients to scheudle their missed appts, unscheduled treatments etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
