After using Caresmartz for 6 months, the stand out feature is their customer support, and user guide library.

Their live chat agents are friendly and fast. If they don't know something, they will find an answer and get back to you within their deadlines.

More importantly, their user guide library is absolutely massive. It's well written and kept up to date so any time I have a question about a feature or process I can actually find usable information to walk me through it.
