I can work on schedules at the same time look up compliance. And unavailability. I can do so much at once. And communicate with our caregiver from here. I am still learning more on what else caresmartz is capable of. **What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?** So far the only downside is that there isn't an option YET, to input Insurance clients. There is certain payers that are Insurance and the kind of profile I need to put them under Caresmartz360 doesn't have YET. **What problems is CareSmartz360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anytime I have a question on finding how howni can working on a certain tasks or where I can find what I need to do or looking for, the help chat is there and they respond quickly to try to help. I like they are on top of that and they do not make you wait long for a response. ### 3.
