What is CareLogic by Qualifacts?

CareLogic is a comprehensive web-based EHR designed exclusively for behavioral health and human services. This highly configurable EHR improves clinical, administrative, and revenue processes with user-friendly workflows for intake, scheduling, treatment planning, service documentation, ePrescribing, and consumer engagement. Configurability enables agencies to tailor the system to unique requirements, workflows, programs, and organizational needs. Key features include form builder, assessments, clinical decision support, patient portal, reporting, billing, analytics, business intelligence, patient portal, mobile and virtual care. A library of evidence-based clinical assessments and outcome instruments enables real-time monitoring of client progress through visual indicators and reports. Its integrated billing includes insurance eligibility verification, claim scrubbing, and a rules-driven validation engine to improve claim accuracy. Agencies can configure ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor performance and outcomes, enhance data-informed decisions, and demonstrate compliance. The EHR is adept at supporting CCBHCs, and meeting value-based reimbursement, state-specific reporting, and interoperability needs. It offers seamless data exchange with HIEs, labs, pharmacies, and other systems, maintaining compliance with HIPAA. CareLogic ensures a smooth implementation through a dedicated support team and a proven methodology that includes training, and post-go-live assistance, aimed at maximizing system utilization.
