What I like best about CareerFairy is the live streaming feature. It’s incredibly usefull to be able to interact directly with company representatives and get a real sense of their work environment and opportunities the past livestreams library is also a fantastic resource allowing me to catch up on sessions I might have missed and gain valuable insights into various career paths. One of the main downside I've encountered is that sometimes the live streams can be scheduled at inconvenient times, making it difficult to attend all the sessions I’m interested in. It would be nice if there were more flexible scheduling options or perhaps more frequent replays of popular sessions to accommodate different time zones and schedules. I particularly like two aspects:

- The amount of direct physical time saved travelling to source universities and organized campus recruitments .

- Two the student database to recruit from, has multilples by 5x. There are more choices by investing less time.

- We are using it quite freuqently, as we are on pilot testing.

There is no particular dislike, however:

- Spending time and resource on proper content, to engage students.

- Only if a company is proactive or active, will this platform succeeed in connecting and attracting right talent. So this must kept in mind. The system must be manually churned to make it work in auto mode in the long term.

Easy to sign-up and create an account as well as watch executives and real-time employees from other companies answering questions and giving recommendations. I also like how it is cutomized for your likes and interests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that CareerFairy has a good interface, it gives you the opportunity to personalize job matching, and extensive listings across various industries and locations.
