Sourcing candidates and posting jobs primarily. For the most part there are very few reasons I would use it over LinkedIn recruiter. It's good for general and entry level type roles but focused or professional people, there tends to not be a very big pool. One advantage though is that it gives you direct contact info, something that LinkedIn does not provide.
