You can easily search and reachout the candidates for almost any job. All suitable filters are available to chose from, Like VISA status, Employment type, Location and distance from specific Zip code. I could find many matches from Careerbuilder and i have closed the positions with the help of this awesome recruitment tool.
This is very easy to use, once you have basic understanding of Boolean search, It gives you the most relavent results. Also, the features from filter section are very useful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the Logout Glitch, It automatically logs me out of the session during the search. When i have opened sufficient profiles based on my search and i start calling one by one, It logs out automatically and then i have to rediscover the candidates by starting the fresh search after login again. Career builder help me to the hiring process, making it more efficient and less time-consuming. This includes features like resume parsing, automated job posting, and centralized communication tools. I can easily filter out candidates I want based on their work authorisation without calling each number to clairfy their status. Very effective and effeiciant. The most Helpful part of of career builder's applicant tracking function is the portal allows to all of our existing candidates which been added in a pool for maybe for future reference or puposly for making a database for teh specific role also for pipeline pupose to make a track of candidates for thier recruitment stages of interviews, offers, and other relevant statuses. It is easy to use as functions are widely open and easy to apply and implement the correct status for candidate profile. It comes with great UI and function stability to integrate it with Internal ATS software for continuous sync with pipelines, statuses and other delivery if infomation to the recruitment orgamnization for data integration.
Best part of career builder is that, we can use career builder frequently for multiple times as it dosn't have any resume per click or profile per click limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no such major downsides of CareerBuilder ATS as it does the job very well.
As well as the the customer support team from the development team or on a troubleshooting team, they have assigned a special point of contact for every account. So i don't think any of the downsides or least liking thing about the ATS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
