What do you like best about CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking?

It was quite beneficial to me as a hiring professional. When we're working to maintain up all 50 individuals at once with their onboarding papers, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. However, this helps the user to control. I utilized CareerBuilder to discover people in a variety of fields, including IT, Research, and Shipping Support staff. I am looking for candidates for various jobs and also publishing job openings. It is quite simple to post positions on CareerBuilder and receive resumes in your inbox. Several useless resumes include erroneous or obsolete information. Perhaps resumes aren't correctly processed in certain circumstances, however, there are times when attempting to discover the perfect skills for a position, you receive a large number of irrelevant resumes. This results in increased wasted time and reduced production. The large pool is a positive, and it's also a negative side of the tool because many applications do not meet our specifications. It aids in the recruitment of new employees and the prevention of document loss. Keeping track of everything. Before this, I was sick of Excel documents. Using CareerBuilder to locate the perfect personnel has been a fantastic process. They offer appropriate search areas in which we may enter our keywords or scan the Job Requirements. They offer a large pool of applicants from various backgrounds. We may explore the pool for both non-IT and IT individuals. It includes a good number of options to help us restrict our search and find relevant individuals. As a healthcare staffing employee it was super helpful. When you're trying to keep up with like 50 people at a time and all of their onboarding paperwork it can become really overwhelming. But this makes it so much easier to manage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Finding the right talent on CareerBuilder has been a great experience. They have proper search fields where you can put your keywords or parse the Job Description. They have a good pool of candidates from all sorts of backgrounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of irrelevant resumes with incorrect or outdated information. Maybe resumes are not parsed properly in some cases but there are situations while trying to find the right talent for a job, you get a lot of resumes that are not useful. If you have a lot of IT jobs, then use CareerBuilder for Job posting. You will find a plethora of candidates for functional and manufacturing roles. I used CareerBuilder for finding candidates ranging from IT to Clinical to Shipping Coordinators. I am finding talent for all kinds of positions and also posting jobs. We can search Non-IT as well as IT profiles from the pool. It has decent number of filters to narrow down our search and reach the relevant profiles.

It is overall a good software. There are not such shortcomings in the software.
