I like the fact that Carbonite Backup will automatically back items up via a cloud-based way just in case your computer or laptop takes a dump! I recently experienced the reliability of using this software as my laptop decided to conduct a Bios update and then crashed. After being on the phone with Dell and trying several steps to correct the issue, ultimately my motherboard had to be replaced. Thankfully, I was able to use a spare laptop, upload Carbonite documents and never missed a beat in my daily production – highly recommend for peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only aspect I dislike about using Carbonite is it can be a little confusing when uploading documents from the website. Once you do it, you’ll get the hang of it and catch on to multiple documents. Again, at first it can be confusing, but after a few it’s just a few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downsides we have is the many notification system can be a lot to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The gui is a lot like the carbonite gui that we know and love. It is clean, easy to use, and gives you all of the functionality/features that you would expect when trying to check out your backups and restore fles/content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing that really stands out when using the service is that it sometimes can take quite a while to load the data - it could be that it isn't as efficiently indexed as it needs to be to get a seemless transition between screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
