**What do you like best about Carbase?**

The price point for used cars is balanced.
They are very transparent while explaining the product to their customers, so there is nothing that you are missing out and find out later after you buy the Car.
The customer service team are very informative, friendly & helpful.

**What do you dislike about Carbase?**

I can say their after sales service is very bad literally very bad.
Also i would say though they will tell you everything but never blindly trust then do a manual checkup before paying the money.

**What problems is Carbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It serves as a platform to Buy/Sell used cars so basically students, Homemakers can get cars at cheap price. Also if you are looking to sell your car to buy another upgraded one at cheap price this is the solution.

**What do you like best about Carbase?**

I'd recommend Carbase because of its friendly staff, easy transactions, and not being pushed into buying something I don't want/need. 
The process was all very smooth and easy to deal with them.

**What do you dislike about Carbase?**

After-sales service is not up to the mark.
Before buying, you should have information about the model you buy, don't blindly believe them at the time of buying.

**What problems is Carbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide better deals/options to buy a car.
Relaxed atmosphere, a relaxed test drive and things were explained well by their salesman.
Would definitely buy from them again.

**What do you like best about Carbase?**

Excellent service. Neil was approachable efficient and friendly.
Very informative and made sure I understood everything I needed to fully, especially with the finance details.
First class experience thanks

Nothing , Everything was made extremely easy and straightforward. Kieron could not have been more helpful. Thank you!

**Recommendations to others considering Carbase:**

 recently purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper S from Carbase with the help of their excellent sales person Neil Manville. Neil was polite, very friendly, extremely helpful. If you are thinking of purchasing a car from Carbase definitely ask for Neil.
