What do you like best about Captiwate?

What I like most about Captiwate is how it turns passive website traffic into real time conversations. The video element makes interactions feel much more human and engaging compared to traditional forms, and the ability to jump straight into a live call removes a lot of friction in the buying process. What do you like best about Captiwate?

I like seeing website visitors in real-time and the message templates in Captiwate. The integrated calendar links for demo booking and the call option in the chat window are particularly beneficial. These features are great for saving time, especially the call option and the templates. The initial setup was also easy to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
