**What do you like best about Captivate Talent?**

Everything about this partnership has been exceptional, but what stands out most is the level of ownership and accountability Captivate — and specifically Justin Jensen — brought to the table. Justin operated like an extension of our internal TA team. Communication was lightning fast, data was always up to date and clear, and they adapted seamlessly to our ever-changing needs without missing a beat. There were never any excuses, always well prepared and ready to go.

What really set Justin apart was a moment that didn't have to happen. When a candidate we had gone above and beyond for ultimately rejected our offer, Justin reached out personally to thank me for how we had treated her. He made sure she understood the value Justworks had shown, and he provided thoughtful feedback the whole way through. He didn't have to do any of that — but that's exactly who he is. It truly felt like we were his only partner. That white glove service is rare, and it made all the difference.

Honestly, my only "complaint" is that we can't have them sourcing for us across more roles. That's it. This has been the best experience I've had working with an external agency, bar none.

There was very little to dislike. If anything, the process moved quickly at times due to how in-demand the opportunity was, which required staying highly responsive—but that’s more a reflection of the quality of roles Captivate works on than a downside. Overall, the experience felt well-managed, transparent, and candidate-focused throughout.

Captivate Talent is solving the problem of signal vs. noise in a crowded hiring market. I don't know that I would consider this something I "dislike", but it would be easier to have a running list of current candidates and their status so we can adjust in our ATS. This is likely a process divide stemming from our end, though.

I've built an amazing relationship with them over the last 8 years.  They play the long game.  They care more about their relationships and the trust they build with their customers instead of just pushing candidates through to make a quick buck.  I truly feel like they have my best interest at heart.

They moved very quickly, which was great — though at times I felt like I had to catch up internally to keep pace with them. Honestly, it just pushed us to be sharper in our own process.

Trust their process.  Speak to others who have worked with them.  I think you will like what you hear.

Hiring top talent is tough.  Finding the right partner is even more challenging.  One of the biggest problems Captivate Talent solves for me is quality.  We align really closely on what our ideal candidate profile is.  No longer do I need to sort through resumes, applications, and a ton of phone screens.  Im able to quickly review a profile and get quality candidates on my calendar within a day or two.

The other major benefit is their experience.  They know the market and provide lots of insight that helps us optimize our approach and strategy.

The research that was done by the Captivate Talent team was very impressive. The team did thorough research about both the hiring venture and the candidates. Before every interview, Bri provided a thorough and well researched prep package about the interviewer, and the topics that may get discussed as part of the discussion. I am sure she may have prepared the hiring manager in a similar way. It was an exceptional experience working with Bri and the Captivate talent team as part of my search.

**What do you dislike about Captivate Talent?**

I could not highlight anything significant in this category. A minor recommendation that the Captivate Talent could have provided to the hiring manager and the company was to time box the recruitment process so that the company wouldn't lose good candidates. It was a 10/10 recruiting experience for me.

I highly recommend Bri Doyle and the Captivate Talent team to any exec who is exploring an opportunity. Similarly, I am sure the team has done a thorough research about the candidates before they present a list of candidates to the hiring manager.
