Extremely unhelpful customer support.
They fail to honor their promises and publish customers reviews without awarding the gift cards they had promised.

Capture is one of the best platforms to see and evaluate software reviews in this platform there are lots of software reviews so we can see the real user experience of the software users. Capture does not have video review feature for software so if they can introduce this it will be great then software buyers can know the software user experience explanation through videos and capture does not have any feature for ask questions about the reviewed products from the users so it is also missing point in Capterra.
