What do you like best about Capterra?
If you use a lot of software it's a good way yo share your experience, the reviews are easy to make and don't take time, some reviews are rewarded are it's really nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Capterra?
The customer service is not good and it lacks transparency on the rewards feature, I was giving my reviews of all the software that I used and at some point, I stopped being rewarded even that they were sending emails about the rewards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Capterra is a great platform that has helped me make software purchase decisions a lot of times. The sign up process is easy and the platform itself is easy to navigate as well. What do you like best about Capterra?
Capterra is a helpful platform for searching and selecting software across multiple categories. It is also a nice platform for reviewing softwares and sharing our insights with other users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that bugs me about Capterra is the time their team takes to approve the reviews after the user has posted them. It takes them almost 3 weeks to check and approve the reviews.
