**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

I love Capsule CRM because it's easy to use and integrates seamlessly with our quoting platform, enhancing our workflow significantly. The ease of use means our sales team can rapidly adapt to it without a steep learning curve, allowing us to follow up on quote requests and log conversations efficiently. Additionally, the integration capability with our quoting platform through an API means we have a unified system that eliminates redundancies and speeds up our processes. The sales pipeline feature is particularly valuable as it provides visibility into potential opportunities, prompting us to act promptly and strategically follow up on leads. The transition from Monday to Capsule CRM was smooth and painless, reflecting its user-friendly setup process. It's apparent that some thought is needed to tailor Capsule CRM to our needs, but once configured, it runs smoothly, helping us derive the most value from it. I am confident in recommending Capsule CRM to others, as indicated by my high likelihood rating of 10 out of 10.

I find Capsule CRM to be extremely easy to use, which stands out as a significant benefit for our team. The effortless setup and usability allow us to manage our sales pipeline and customer details efficiently. I appreciate how it streamlines processes across departments, as everyone can view the history of each opportunity thanks to the integration with Outlook, which also reduces time spent on adding additional notes. The affordability of Capsule CRM compared to other options such as Salesforce was a major deciding factor for us. The tracks feature is incredibly handy, offering the flexibility to amend them as needed and providing vital reminders. Additionally, I am impressed with the reporting tools, which I find brilliant in supporting our decision-making process. The combination of cost, ease of use, powerful reporting tools, and practical features like tracks makes Capsule CRM a valuable asset to our operations.

I dislike the lack of integration with Microsoft Teams, which limits our ability to collaborate directly within our existing communication platforms.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

I find Capsule CRM extremely useful for keeping track of tasks necessary to run my company, as well as client follow-ups. One of the standout features is how it helps me manage my tasks without having to memorize everything, as it sends timely reminders about pending tasks. I also love that it provides a great system for filing key documents, reducing my reliance on email. The ability to set up recurring tasks simplifies my workflow, allowing me to efficiently check off everything I've completed. As an independent HR consultant, I appreciate its affordability and effectiveness. Being familiar with the system is a major advantage for me, and I find it truly fitting for my professional needs.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

I dislike that when saving an email to the system, all of the images on the email get saved as well. This leads to an inconvenient experience when I want to find a file attached to an email, as I have to sift through numerous images from the emails. The prevalence of images in emails makes this issue particularly bothersome.

I use Capsule CRM to track tasks and receive reminders, reducing the need to remember everything. It efficiently manages key documents, eliminating the reliance on emails.

The customer service is quick, friendly, very efficient and helpful. It feels like they are based in-house. 
We also like the way Capsule & Transpond work together.

For me it has helped to make campaign sending so much more efficient. We are just starting to implement more automations now too. The company insights are a great extra.

I really like the task lists in Capsule CRM. They help me prioritize my tasks, especially when I'm busy. It's also easy to see at a glance what the main task type is for each day, which I find really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

Capsule CRM has been running slow for the last few days, which is frustrating when there's a lot to do. It also used to lose my task list when it closed down, but it seems that issue has been fixed now as my task list and calendar save and open straight up if the window closes.

Capsule CRM makes it easy to create tasks linked with projects, and the task lists help me prioritize when busy, showing main tasks at a glance.

I like how Capsule CRM is very simple to pick up, learn, understand, and use. It was easy for me to get started and learn it even though I wasn't involved in the initial setup. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a simple, inexpensive, and effective CRM tool.

The project section and importing data into projects are areas I find challenging. I've not figured out how to do that as well as I would like.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

I joined the company about three months ago and Capsule was completely new to me. Having used a few other CRMs in the past, I can honestly say this one is by far the easiest to get to grips with. It is clean, intuitive, and everything just makes sense. You do not waste time trying to figure out where things are.

Within a day or two I was already comfortable logging calls, updating opportunities and tracking projects without needing any training, which is something we do a lot of. It is clear the system has been designed with real users in mind.

Capsule has made managing customer relationships much simpler and more organised, and it is genuinely easy to use, which is not something I can say about many CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

The only negative is that it can import your email signature as multiple pictures which can hide attachments on emails.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capsule has really helped us keep everything in one place. Before, information was scattered between emails, spreadsheets and notes, which made it easy for things to slip through the cracks. Now we can see the full picture of every customer and project at a glance.

It has also made it much easier to keep track of follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline. I always know what stage each opportunity is at and what needs to happen next. That has definitely improved organisation and saved time day to day.

Capsule is super simple to use and helps me to organise my workload without having to manually chase 100 things over a million different tasks. Capsule is an absolute game changer to removing unessacary paperwork and manual reminders. This automates tasks and has a great solution for driving sales through our internall processes without having to chase staff members throughout the day.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

Capsule doesn't link to Shopify sadly to manage customer order flows.

Capsule has improved business processes and automated a large number of projects for me and my team. This system helps us keep on track and helps us to deliver projects swiftly and keeps my whole team organised. Completely honest Capsule is the reason my business has tripled its turnover! Keeping everything organised within the dashboard is key for keeping everything on track!

Sometimes there are a few bugs, such as redirecting me to a home page, but after refreshing the browser it always works.

Nothing really as I say they seem to always be ahead of the game and when I did have an access problem once they solved it within a couple of hours tops!

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

Have been using Capsule every day for the best part of 12 years now.

It's very user-friendly and easy to set up get to grips with. The opportunity and projects features are fantastic for keeping on top of tasks, and the new pipeline reporting features that are regularly being added are also solid additions to the tool.

The filtering options are great and allow for custom lists of contacts/opportunities/projects with all sorts of criteria which can be really useful for multifaceted businesses like ours.

Also plenty of third-party integrations that are available - it's on my to-do list to check out the other options that could improve workflow.

Should also mention that the customer service team have always been fantastic whenever we've needed a bit of extra help - quick to respond and informative.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

It would be nice to be able to choose different plans for different users within an account - not all users need the advanced reporting and perhaps only have access in order to see customer details, so it can really add to the subscription costs in these instances.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capsule has greatly improved its reporting and pipeline features over the years, and the outputs available now are really excellent. The enrichment feature was also a welcome addition to company profiles. I also really like the new dashboard modules that were recently added giving an overview to current opportunities and projects - more of this kind of thing is always welcome in my opinion.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

What I really like about Capsule is the ability to communicate with support and not waste time with a bot when I need something, and also that they take practical feedback seriously. Several times, a feature or improvement I requested has been developed in a relatively short time. The possibility of many integrations is also a plus.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

With some features, it's clear they are not yet completely polished. For example, I have a problem when using an email alias, so we cannot send emails through Capsule because we send everything from a different domain, and we have to use an add-on. I was missing a similar refinement in automation so I could use it more. These are specific requirements for our company, so most companies probably won't be interested, but it's a shame not to be able to fully utilize the potential of the CRM when, from my perspective, so little is missing.

I am constantly dealing with something, fortunately, about 80% of my requests are successfully resolved, and the Capsule developers are aware of the others, so there is hope that they will be completed.

Capsule CRM is very easy to use, making customer management simple and efficient. One of its standout features is the built-in marketing tool, Transpond, which helps streamline email campaigns and customer engagement. The customer service team is also responsive and helpful, ensuring any issues are quickly resolved.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

It’s still a work in progress, but the team is constantly improving. The biggest area for development is the mobile app — it’s currently slow, feature-poor, and clunky. Since I’m file-based about 40% of the time, the lack of smooth functionality makes it frustrating to use on the go.

My company made the switch to Capsule a few years ago, and I was experiencing some growing pains related to the switch and loss of features I was used to using. Generally speaking, the product is way better than out previous one, but a few features that made my day to day work easier didn't exist. I really enjoy using Capsule - and that is the first time I've said that about a CRM. We've been using Capsule for a while and we reviewed many other big name CRM systems before settling on Capsule. The benefits we see are that Capsule is simple, clean and straightforward to use. On other systems I'd find myself hunting through settings and preferences trying to get something to work - with Capsule it just works. So many CRMs feel over complicated and overwhelming. Capsule feels refreshing easy to work with, and it does everything I've ever need it to. As I said, I really enjoy using it.

For me, there isn't much wrong with Capsule. Maybe the search is a little frustrating in that I have to type more letters than I'd like to find a client record.

The #1 reason I chose Capsule is because of the company culture and values, as communicated primarily on the website. It's most important to me that I'm working with a team I trust, who has shared values, and I can't say about any other option. Their support team is personable and responsive.

Capsule CRM is a simple account-based CRM. The simplicity is great because it's easy to get started. I was up and running on the first day. There are multiple pipelines to support our different workflows, and an integration with an affiliated marketing software (Transpond) that just works out of the box. Tasks and tracks make it easy to remember who to follow up with. The ability to keep track of active projects and associate multiple opportunities with a single account or contact mean both sales and account management can use this tool to track an account relationship through its entire lifecycle.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

The features in Capsule CRM are basic. I really do miss HubSpot for how much I could do with it. But what Capsule does do it does very well and simply, and it checks the boxes we really needed without the complexity that larger options bring.

I love how clean and intuitive the UI is. I previously used HubSpot and found it so busy! Capsule is clean, simple, and customisable.
I'll be honest, I'm not a top-tier customer in terms of subscription for the platform, however I recently contacted customer support with an issue and they got back to me within a couple of hours with a resolution.

The UX is smooth, it's easy to find what you are looking for and there is no bloat. I have used Salesforce, Zoho and Hubspot and they all felt like so many features were behind yet another upgrade paywall, where Capsule is pretty straightforward, the theirs are largely just for the size of the team, advanced features are there if you want them but not being forced on you.

It was easy to set up (took minutes) and import my data, set up GTM strategy, pipeline, email templates etc... I use the CRM daily for marketing, tracking deals and setting tasks. 

When I did have an issue, I got a response from support within minutes and the issue was resolved within hours, much faster than expected.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

I would say the Dropbox integration can be buggy / break at times, in-house storage would be ideal.

Capsule fits our needs as an SME with about 27px.  Its compact enough to offer a level of usefulness without long, cumbersome form filling at every stage. Its integration with Outlook also saves considerable time. Setting up additional colleagues is easy and training is straightforward.  By using the capsule in the background every day, very little is missed. 
Customer support has been outstanding from day 1.

Payment milestones often include unequal and untimely payment plans. Capsule doesnt seem to be able to log this sort of schedule

Capsule CRM is an excellent tool for your contacts. Navigating it was very easy for me even though I haven't used a similar platform ever before. Now I frequently use it every day in my work and I'm very satisfied. I also want to mention its integration to Transpond, which was seamless for me. Since I am a marketing specialist, Transpond is a must for creating mailing lists and launching email marketing campaigns.

Capsule CRM is great as it is, so far I haven't found anything I disliked about it. Possibly the integration would be easier if you could choose which segment you want to import to Transpond, and not all of your existing contacts in Capsule.

Its very easy to set up and creat custom fields, suitable for your business.  Customer support is great also, very quick to respond to queries or help that you might need.  I use it daily for keeping track of leads.  Integration with accounts systems are also great saves alot of double inputting of when leads are converted to customers.

We had several different pieces of software including an email marketing system and a couple others that was making out our CRM system and we wanted to move all this under one roof. Capsule was very easy to move over to, we wanted to tailor it to our business and they helped a lot with that in terms of customisable datatags and custom fields etc... The import was very simple as well. We are really enjoying using it, particularly for the Sales Pipeline and Tracks  making life a lot easier in terms of task allocation and distribution. We are also using Transpond, the email marketing platform that has a direct integration with Capsule, and this has been great too.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

The Organisation vs Contact can sometimes get a little confusing purely because we are using organisations as client families. Also that fact that you can automatically move someone from the Sales Pipeline to a Project Board when won is great, but it would be beneficial to also be able to automatically move Projects between Projects Boards when tasks are completed.

We wanted to bring all of our different platforms that we use for the purpose of the CRM under one roof and capsule does this. We also had lots of lists of tasks on the old platform that are now easily allocated and segmented on Capsule.

We have been using Capsule at work for over 7 years on a daily basis and have always found it easy to use.

It only recently occurred to me to download it to help manage the rest of my life!

I probably don't use all the features it has to offer, but what I do use suits me and helps organise my work and life.

We did have a technical issue a few months ago but it was dealt with quickly and with care - I ended up on a video call with 2 members of the team including the technical lead, who acknowledged another suggestion I'd previously made.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

I've been using CapsuleCRM in my businesses and projects for almost 10 years now. I consider it one of the best products in its niche, in the world.

Easy and intuitive to use. We use it daily, and the task & workflow automation features are the most valuable to us.

Support over the years have been fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

Nothing really.
Complicated and decision-tree based workflows would be great, and we would use it, but I don't think this is what CapsuleCRM set out to do. 
For relatively simple, sequential workflows it works great!

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basic workflow & automation - makes sure that essential steps in our processes are not accidentally skipped or omitted, and helps with standardization and quality assurance, from an operational perspective.

**What do you like best about Capsule CRM?**

This CRM is great for those who need to use CRM to keep up with projects. If you like me have up to 20 projects at a time, this tool is so helpfull and necessary. When i first started at my company, it took me no more than a few days to get implementet in Capsule.

**What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?**

With the number of features, there will be some difficulty in making it personalized to the specific projects.

**What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing is keeping track of projects and the steps in those project.
