Mamun has other projects where is the lead but continues to attend my meetings when I ask. This is because he loves my project so much. It's like his child and he wants to stay in the loop as it grows. Vikas has done a great job taking over the day-to-day from Mamun. Mamun is being asked to come back for some framework changes and he's putting in OT to help. Anir is the glue between us 4 and his communication skills are outstanding. Whenever I'm not able to get my layman request to Vikas and Mamun, Anir is there to put it into dev terms so the task is done right.

Sometimes we don't make the deadlines but we have gotten better and better with each version. Usually, the issue is that what I was asking was not fully understood in terms of dev time. Again, we are getting better and better at breaking this barrier.

There's nothing I'd say I disliked per se - our project ran over by a fair few months, but I believe this was mostly because there was more work than anticipated. If (and hopefully when) we work together again, I would recommend a more thorough kick-off process to ensure we're able to iron out everything that needs doing ahead of the project and therefore come to a more realistic timeframe.
