Review Summary

Generated using AI from real user reviews
Users consistently praise Canva for its ease of use and massive template library, which allows even non-designers to create professional-quality graphics quickly. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface and variety of options make it a favorite for both personal and professional projects. However, many reviews note that advanced features are often locked behind a paid subscription, limiting customization for more experienced users.

"Easy to Use, Feature-Rich, and Seamlessly Integrated into Our Workflow"
What do you like best about Canva?

It’s easy to use and includes many of the features I rely on every day. It has integrated seamlessly into my daily workflow. Customer service is great, responds quickly, and we were able to implement it without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

The price can feel pretty high for what you get, and the desktop app isn’t as good as it could be. Overall, it could use some improvement to better match the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick and Reliable Design Tool for Beginners"
What do you like best about Canva?

I use Canva to create thumbnails, simple social media posts, and basic promotional designs. It helps me make clean and professional-looking visuals quickly without needing advanced design skills. Canva solves the problem of creating designs without technical knowledge or expensive software. It helps me save time by providing ready-made layouts, so I don’t have to start from scratch every time. What I like most about Canva is how simple and organized everything feels. The templates give a good starting point, and editing is very smooth. It makes designing less stressful and more efficient. I also like how flexible the templates are. Even after choosing a template, I can easily change colors, fonts, and images to match my needs. The editing tools are smooth and don’t feel complicated, which makes the whole process quick and comfortable. The setup was very simple. I signed up and was able to start designing immediately without any complicated process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

One thing I dislike is that some useful templates and design elements are locked behind the paid plan, which can feel limiting when working on more creative projects. Also, when editing more detailed designs, the editor can occasionally slow down, especially on mobile devices. These issues are not major, but improving performance and offering a few more free features would make the experience better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Canva: Empowering Everyday Creativity for Individuals and Businesses."
What do you like best about Canva?

Canva stands out for its ease of use and quick implementation—you can start designing within minutes without needing professional skills. The number of features is impressive, from templates and stock elements to AI-powered tools, making it versatile for everything from social posts to presentations. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other platforms, like Google Drive and social media, which streamlines publishing. Customer support is generally responsive, and the platform’s frequency of use is high because it’s reliable for everyday design needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

While it’s fantastic for quick designs, it doesn’t offer the same depth or flexibility as professional tools when working on very detailed or complex projects. Integration is smooth but not always perfect with certain third-party apps, and support, while helpful, can sometimes take longer for complex issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Canva Makes Professional Designs Easy with Templates and Drag-and-Drop"
What do you like best about Canva?

Canva is super easy to use, even if you don’t have any design experience. I really like the drag-and-drop interface and the huge collection of templates, fonts, and graphics. It saves a lot of time when making presentations, posters, or social media posts. Everything feels very beginner-friendly but still powerful enough to create professional designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

One thing I don’t like is that many good elements and templates are only available in the paid version. Also, sometimes the app can lag a bit when working on heavy designs or with slow internet. More offline functionality would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canva?

The designing drag and drop. The canva template are best. You can do many things with canva. I am using canva since start of career and i use this almost every week for my social media content. Canva paid version is best because it unlocks the many templates which i can use directly. Video editing, social media posts, presentation each and every marketing collatral is designed using canva in my organisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

There is nothing to dislike about the canva. But 2 years back i faced one major issue, almost my whole ppt file got corrupted in canva. I had to redesign it but after this issue raised to the customer support, i never faced such issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly Versatile Tool for Projects Across Work, School, and Marketing"
What do you like best about Canva?

It has a lot of versatility in use. I used to use it for small creative projects and have upgraded to using it in marketing, finance, school, event planning and more. I’ve used some inspiration for UX work as well as marketing materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

I think it can be a lot of information to work with for a new person. Sometimes the new features can be a little confusing if you’re not familiar with similar tools like figma. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Canva Makes Fast, Professional Designs Easy—Even for Beginners"
What do you like best about Canva?

Canva is super easy to use, even for beginners, which is I like most about it. The ready made templates and drag and drop tools are the most helpful beacuse they save time and make designing quick and simple. Overall the biggest upsides of using Canva are fast design creation a proffessional look and the ability to work smoothly on both mobile and desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

One thing I dislike about Canva is that many useful elements and features are locked behind the Pro version. The least helpful part is the limited customization for advanced designs which can feel restrictive for proffessional users. Overall the downsides of using canva are fewer advanced design controls, and repeated or common looking designs when using popular templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Professional Designs with Room for Image Improvement"
What do you like best about Canva?

I love how Canva allows me to create quick and professional-looking designs with speed. The awesome templates really save me time since I don't have to recreate the wheel each time. I appreciate how easily the tools can help me make custom edits to presentations, photos, and text. It's also great that I can create polished flyers or presentations in less than an hour. I really like that I don't have to start from a blank canvas because there's always a template that fits my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

The stock images available on Canva are a bit lacking. I wish there was a larger assortment of images to choose from. It would be great if I could search from a larger assortment of images, so I wouldn't have to pull images from the web or do Google searches and then upload them to Canva. "An easy solution for creatives who need to create"
What do you like best about Canva?

I use Canva Pro for work and personal projects. From simple "thank you" card designs to posters to videos, I use Canva often. I don't have a background in Photoshop, and I don't need one to use Canva effectively! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

I think $23.99 a month is too high for my needs, but I do enjoy having the "pro" perks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
