Candidate Labs is thoughtful and diligent in their work. They showcase a personalized workflow and customized candidate pool that makes you feel like they don't just hear you, but they really listen to your needs. They want you to succeed and they express that through their open line of communication and overall high-quality work ethic. Their responsiveness, ability to follow up with you before it even crosses your mind and continued encouragement, motivation and guidance throughout the process made it a very effortless experience overall. What I liked best is that Chanler made it a point to discover what I was looking for in my next role. Within just a few hours she was able to set up a few interviews with companies that most aligned with what I was looking for. Although the first company I interviewed with didn't go as planned, the second one did and with an even better company. Alexander Pucci initially reached out to me about one company, but after talking and listening to my requirements, he actually suggested an entirely different company (the one I ended up joining) that was a much better fit for me. I loved that he took the time to understand my needs, and was readily available every step of the way from my initial call to my final round interview. He was there anytime I needed more clarity or understanding about the company I was interviewing at. From first convo with to signing my offer, it was less than 2 weeks. I was looking for a new opportunity when I first came in contact with Cody from Candidate Labs. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for with my next job. Everyone we worked with at Candidate Labs is efficient, thorough, and extremely organized. They seemed to genuinely care that we found the right candidate (and even told us when they thought we could find a better fit for us) while also making sure the candidates were well taken care of and respected. The only thing that gave me pause was the cost. To be clear, it's consistent with market rate in my experience, especially for VP+ level roles, but there can be sticker shock if you're not used to working with top firms like this.
