Candidate Labs created the path to my new position with a company I am excited to work at. Before hopping onto a call, Maddie provided a quality overview of the job and company she was looking to hire a Launch Manager for - no beating around the bush, which I greatly appreciated. Our first call was memorable, and I could tell that she wanted to make sure the company was as good of a fit for me as I was for it. Every step of the journey, Maddie was there. Checking in, preparing me for the next steps, and anxiously waiting to hear how each call went. I was contacted on LinkedIn about a Customer Success opportunity. I worked closely with my recruiter throughout the interview process, through the negotiation and after accepting the role.
Initially, Sarah reached out regarding CS roles, but when I replied letting her know I was looking to move into a leadership role, she immediately paired me with Maddie. Sarah was responsive and upbeat, making a warm introduction to maddie, who was also incredibly warm. Maddie responded quickly and set up a call. The interview process went VERY quickly, even having my third and fourth interview on the same day because of coincidental availability.
After each conversation I had, Maddie called to check in, or texted me. When it came to negotiations, Maddie put in a ton of time to research comps in the industry, different regions, and across company growth phases. She had broken down the comp by base/variable comp and also equity across all segments she had researched. I was blown away but also just felt that much more at ease making a decision when negotiating.
Maddie has been so thoughtful and touched base throughout the process. I look forward to working with her again when I'm hiring my team.
