What do you like best about Candidate Labs?

It's a hot market, and it's more important than ever for a recruiter to have a real understanding of what a person is looking for before introducing an opportunity.

Jaycie continuously focused on my needs while providing context and options at every step of the process. She had a real understanding of what the client did and why they built their product at a deep level which showed a real relationship with the founding team and a commitment to match the right person to the role.

During the process, she was prompt and articulate without being pushy or overbearing. If I had to pick a single word, I would choose "genuine".
