The entire recruiting experience was smooth and transparent. The recruiter (Matt) was very responsive via email and phone and could answer my questions. He also understood what I was looking for in my next role, how to navigate the interview process, and sent prep materials. 1. Describe the company, its value prop, and the role she was looking to fill clearly and concisely.
2. States why I would be a good fit for the role.
3. Was upfront about OTE
Recruiters frequently reach out to me, and I will not take a call without the three things listed above. 95% of recruiters are missing one or more of the items listed above.
It was clear that Jaycie had a deep understanding of her client and their business.
