I find it quite tricky and inconsistent while designing marketing email templates which results in different design output and does not fulfill my thematic concept. Furthermore, the email templates interface differs depending on the email provider that recipients use, which is an inconsistency that I don't like. Additionally, bullet marks, unexpected font sizes, and several other layout-related issues show up in some emails but are not reproducible in the application. They haven't expanded much over the last decade, they show lot of promise but are not that subtle with their policies. This majorly can be due to their internal channels and organizational policies which are quite disruptive and linear. They are not assumed to be adventurous or risk takers in their area of work and hence they have acquired such stagnant growth over the year. It is not that but can be improved in the near future.
