What do you like best about Campaign Monitor?

Reporting is great. I like the World View feature and the way it keeps track of suppressed emails. Interface is great to use, with the exception, below. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Campaign Monitor?

Import your own HTML is clunky. Why do I have to ZIP the files and can't edit in browser?

More critically, I've had to look at other options due to the following:

- List management UI has changed. Now it is almost impossible to efficiently "scroll through" large contact lists

- Integration with a particular CRM -- Pipedrive. This is probably possible, but certainly not EASY Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Campaign Monitor:

You might look at SendPulse, which is a lot cheaper. I would say it is not as user-friendly, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
