Campaign Monitor by Marigold is an intuitive product with a robust web application that makes building, deploying and reporting upon email Campaigns easy to do. We found their thorough API documentation helpful in building custom data feeds that any marketer can appreciate. Beyond the product itself, Campaign Monitor's customer support team excellent. The platform is super user-friendly - we use it daily and our team is happy with it. The customer support is great, everyone you encounter is helpful, reliable and responsive. There are incredible features that are integrated in the platform - some of the features are paid which we haven't unlocked, but there is an opportunity to explore the possibilities and improve your performance and email campaigns. There are some minor bugs, such as the Lists & Subscribers only being able to be accessed from specific browsers, which is a bit inconvenient. There was also an issue where one of our campaigns was not delivered to anyone on our list for 4 hours, only working after we logged support. We escalated the issue and got quick feedback which was appreciated; however, the feedback did not answer our concerns, suggesting the issue was due to queuing or mail servers and that the delay was normal in the email world even though we had never encountered this.
